strongly recommend not using US Postal Service . . .delivery was not completed until we complained to our local Post Office. . .10 days after their tracking system reported delivery at our mail box. . .

Product came broken. Just a petal on the flowers, did not want to mess with the return process. The other product (Christmas tree) is very cute but the lights dont work correctly.

The order process was easy and worked well. I received my order in a timely manner. I did have a problem with one part of my order not working, so I sent a comment to the company via their web site. I did not hear back, so I emailed. I did not hear back, so I called customer service. *** was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He said a replacement order was already in the works and I should get it this week. My suggestion would be to send a short email to the person to just let them know you received the comment and you are sending a replacement. Thanks!

Communication with your store could be a little better. I placed an order and immediately after I saw they were the wrong color I sent a request to correct that order before they were shipped. I sent this with in seconds of placing the order online. An e-mail was even sent to me that you corrected the order which in fact you did not. I was still sent the wrong thing. I even gave my order number and it was not corrected. Considering I spent close to a thousand with you this season and look to do more I felt this should of been taken care of properly.

Was unsure about ordering without seeing the product first but was very happy with the candles when they arrived. The shipping was fast too!

product description needs to be clearer...Item described to have a built in timer...I expected to have something adjustable...but the timer is fixed...somewhat disappointing.

I received my order in a timely manner. I had expected a SHIP e-mail but did not receive one... the order was sent anyway... fine with me! The item was as shown and the reviews on the site were helpful in knowing the quality of the lights. I am pleased with the battery operated string lights that I purchased. I will order from this company again.

Satisfied with price, speed of delivery. Website was cumbersome, too much duplication and when it came time to order didnt always add/delete line items accurately. Took too much time to select and order overall. That being said, I have already recommended your website to others.

I suggest that the order delivery method and ETA be prominently displayed on the website. I received the order confirmation email and clicked on the contained link, and noted the order status was in progress, with no other information provided. The order remained in that status for several days. I was concerned it would not arrive before Thanksgiving. I emailed lights.com inquiring as to an approximate delivery date, and received a prompt response that proved to be accurate. The order arrived and I am in the process of stringing the lights on the tree.
