Lights work fine for the application I have, but the remote stopped working almost immediately. Fortunately, the candles can be activated manually.

The service was great. The lights got here quickly and without any quality issues. I love not having to worry about turning them on or off and dont miss the electrical cords. The only complaint that I do have is that I wish they were a bit brighter.

I am very pleased with the product but have some suggestions: it would be nice if you could provide alternate colors with every bulb instead of lines of color (6-7 red, followed by 6-7 green, etc.) It would also be handy if you could develop a remote control (on/off) capability.

First order was logged as delivered by UPS, but didnt receive at doorstep. Quick reorder and fast response by customer service and items arrived within two business days of reorder. Very helpful and quick customer service.

The lights fit wonderfully in the windows. I should have ordered taller ones; however, they are vey pretty and the price was perfect.

hard to improve on the service I recieved site was easy to find what I needed shipping was fast and not to expensive have to say you did a really good job. lights look fantastic on our grain silo 75 feet in the air

This is the first tie I have ordered from your company. I received only 4 of the ordered items out of 12. still waiting. the website was easy to manoever. I had no contact with customer support.

Customer service by phone was exemplary. *** was terrific. But trying to track your order is impossible. Check out *** and *** as an example of ease in tracking an order. I would buy from you again.

Really like the new lights, however, the instructions and web site did not provide instructions on thethis new models settings. Finially called customer service which helped us set the timer. Would have been helpful if this was provided with the lights - even a small printed slip of paper or message to call customer service for settings. Drove us crazy for about 3 nights - trying to set the timer with no success.

The candles were exactly what I wanted. They were easy to set to all come on at once. I just wish they had a longer timer.

I wish they would have said I would be getting 2 separate shipments. Got one quickly, and the other took awhile. Wasnt sure what was happening. Finally got everything and it all seems to work well.

NO COMPLAINT W/THE LIGHTS..NICELY MADE..CAME COVERED WITH PROTECTIVE COATING ON THE MIRRORED SURFACES..ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING..I FELT THAT WAS EXCESSIVE BASED ON THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE..WILL DEFINITELY THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING AGAIN..HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Easy to use, shipping was a bit slow but customer service is terrific.. Only wish there was an Off function. To shut them off you must take out a battery

Great lights and ok service. The tracking part did not work. I received an email to track my order and neither order number or tracking number worked for me. The email would take me to the lights.com sight but there is no place on the site to track. I checked all over to see who ships for you. I called customer service and they told me when my order would arrive. Then an email to give me the same tracking number again but all it did was take me to lights.com site.

There were no directions for the timer. It said 2 for timer but and I pushed twice but they stay on for two whole days and nights. burnt out batteries :( Will try again tonight. They are pretty though.
