“As far as service, I have no complaint what so ever. However - 4 of the 12 strings of lights I ordered blink in different colors than their brothers and sisters. At this time it is no big deal as the four do blink together, just in a pattern that is different that the other 8. AND - I need 4 lines to do the front of my house, so Ill use those together and I doubt anyone will be able to tell when comparing those strings to the 8 we plan on putting in our crepe myrtle tree. Otherwise - Im satisfied, and I will be back in the future.”

“Packaging was really poor. Box was bashed in and partially open. Fortunately everything was still inside and is working. Perhaps you could senn items using USPS priorty mail and their boxes. I have never had any problems. Just a suggestion”

“Lights were delivered very quickly. Service A+. However, I have one candle that doesnt come on when the others do and I have to give it a shake to come on. And the battery life is not very long. Ive had my candles for a week now and theyre already showing signs of low light.”

“I ordered a light that worked fine when I first got it, but stopped working a few days later. I called customer service and they sent me a new one right away. I am happy that they were quick to resolve the problem.”

“I was miss led by what was omitted from the ad for the tea candles. When it said they had a 5 hr. timer I thought like other candles they would go on everyday at the time I first turned them on. I was disappointed to find that I would have to turn them on each day. I was planning on using them in an outdoor lamp post light that used to have a gas light that went on with a timer each day. I needed a small candle to replicate the gas light but I cannot go outdoors each night to turn the candle on. I am keepng them. I will find another use at sometime for them. The candles are very nice but did not meet my needs. Service was very good.”

“Your customer service/speed of delivery was excellent! However, I was disappointed with a couple of the products. The twisted wax candles and the tapers appeared cheaper than I anticipated. The six pillar set was even better than expected. All things said, this was a good experience, and Id not hesitate to recommend your site to others.”

“the product is fine but I was unable to track the order as stated . The product arrived and it seemed like I missed a step in communication.It did arrive within a week or less in good condition. i could print out a receipt with the info but was confused by a lack confirmation that my order went through. Info provided was oder being processed,nothing more and three days later the order arrive. Just a bit confusing.”

“The candles I bought were shipped quickly, they are in candle holders on my mantle over the fireplace. They looked beautiful. We were a little confused, at first, about what to do for them to stay lite for five hours.”
