I would have liked to get email updates when the order is processed and pulled. I only received an email when the order shipped.

I ordered some votive candles and I am verybpleased they are very pretty.

Two of the votives were completely unusable. It was not because of the batteries-- they were fine. Also, the quality of the set of 12 votives were of very poor quality. I have purchased a number of votives from many different companies and this one--even at its sale price is one I would not purchase again. I emailed Lights.com and they immediatly

You issued us a refund BEFORE any explanation as to which product or why we received the refund. We did not receive any email from you that a product was no longer available or discontinued. We called you on another product we did receive and in that conversation found out that another item was no longer available and that was the reason for the refund. We appreciate the prompt refund but emailing us a reason beforehand would have been more appreciated. Your customer service was helpful when we called and needed to return items. Very easy I hope for returns as well as refunds. Still waiting to make sure you received items returned via UPS as we followed your instructions but to date, have not received another refund or note that you received items.

I gave the set of 8 solar lights to my husband for xmas. we were only able to put them out 2 weeks ago cause the ground was frozen. They appear to wrok pretty well--however 1 arrived damaged. I have not had the time to contact Lights.com about it yet so far, I think it is a good company to do business with!! During the summer months I will get a better feel how durable and bright these solar lights really r ***

Your information should provide how long (range) alkaline batteries might last when candles are on so they can be turned on by remote or on timer. These candles can eat batteries. The only way to find out is to eat some or to read reviews. Few reviews mention this. Otherwise the candles are quality and beautiful. They were delivered quickly and safely. I dont leave the switch on unless I will turn them on by remote or timer soon. After all they are safer than regular candles and dont tarnish silver like real candles. I have to light real candles one at a time too.

I had two packages sent. I didnt this. I received that one order had shipped--I thought both lights were in this order. There was only one. You need to notify customers if there will be more than one package sent.

The website is easy to use and informative. Purchased 4 sets of 2-candle Flameless Tapers. Arrived quickly. Were well packed and 6 of the 8 candles worked fine. Two were not operating and have returned them for replacement. Would consider 5 stars if the Return process is as good as the Purchase process

I didnt remember registering previously so when I tried checking in as a guest it wouldnt work because I used the same email I had registered with. I was pressed for time that day and found it time consuming to try to work around that. I ended up using a different email and starting all over again but it should be easier to buy something quickly - like a one-click feature - without have to go through several screens. Overall product is great and delivery was as promised.

I have not opened all the lights, but the 3 boxes I opened up had trouble worlkingi. We had to rewire one of them because a wire was loose and sticking out. It would not light up. The second one also would not light up unless we wiggled the wires. The blue lights with a timer worked fine.I do enjoy how they liglht up in a glass container.

One strand of a 3 strand set doesnt work. Because of the ridiculously low cost of the set, the cost and hassle of returning doesnt make sense. But other than that...price, speed of delivery and selection are all outstanding! Ill be back!

I give very high rating to the customer support for being very helpful and trying their best to correct any problem but distribution needs to get their act together more.
