“Although the wax finish on the candles was beautiful, I had to return some of them because the color wasn't what I expected based on the description. Customer service rep was helpful and efficient, explained how to interpret the kelvin number, and gracefully accepted my suggestion to post a chart along with the k-ratings. Will be ordering another product.”

“I know that strings lights are delicate however, while hanging one of many strands, there was a portion in the middle of the strand that was out. Also, on a different strand, one end connection did not work. I had to use it at the end of all I was using.”

“Ive used 27 of the lights and 1 is non working and 3 i have had to take apart and clean rust off the contacts. Not a good percentage so far. The lights themselves are good .”

“I would only suggest better descriptions of the products........such as the material made of, etc. I ordered a set of orchid string lights and had to call to find out what the flowers were made of. I got the wrong answer.......was told they were plastic but they were not. I probably would not have ordered them if I knew they were made of some sort of material and not plastic, as I want to use them outside.”
