No problems with order procedure. However, one item of the tow that I ordered has a defect that I can work around as I do not have time to send back for a replacement. And the replacement may have the same problem. This is a problem for the quality control at the factory in China.

the product is fine but I was unable to track the order as stated . The product arrived and it seemed like I missed a step in communication.It did arrive within a week or less in good condition. i could print out a receipt with the info but was confused by a lack confirmation that my order went through. Info provided was oder being processed,nothing more and three days later the order arrive. Just a bit confusing.

Part of the order I received was defective, however once I contacted customer service, they sent a replacement right away.

Tried a few of the strings and the lights on the deck and they seem great but havent yet hung the entire shipment. Cause, well, problem was I payed the extra 9.95 for the quicker shipping and seems I shouldnt have. Didnt get here as fast as I needed. Ill send an update review once I get to hang the rest on the lower patio, which Im pretty sure will be awesome!

The ordering and shipping process was great. Easy and no problems. But one of the candles wont light. I plan to return that one.

I ordered a light that worked fine when I first got it, but stopped working a few days later. I called customer service and they sent me a new one right away. I am happy that they were quick to resolve the problem.

I ordered the mini votive candles. Very nice although I was expecting them to be larger. Essentially these are no more than tea lights and although it did say mini since they were referred to as votives I expected them to be a little larger around and a little taller.

I really really love the lights -- the look, versatility, and price. Unfortunately, 2 of the 12 didnt work and I have to send those back but I will definitely order more in the future.

Your customer service/speed of delivery was excellent! However, I was disappointed with a couple of the products. The twisted wax candles and the tapers appeared cheaper than I anticipated. The six pillar set was even better than expected. All things said, this was a good experience, and Id not hesitate to recommend your site to others.

I recently received an order of 5 wax candle shells. Upon opening the box I found that they had been poorly packed and had banged into each other. The candles were chipped and cracked. I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the packing and candles which I submitted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Due to the late date I opted for a refund and they immediately sent a refund to my Paypal account.The customer service was excellent but there needs to be better supervision of packaging.

I submitted an order only to find the day after that the item was no longer available. I ended up buying something else from you and that purchase went smoothly. That is the reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars.
