“The order process was easy and worked well. I received my order in a timely manner. I did have a problem with one part of my order not working, so I sent a comment to the company via their web site. I did not hear back, so I emailed. I did not hear back, so I called customer service. *** was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He said a replacement order was already in the works and I should get it this week. My suggestion would be to send a short email to the person to just let them know you received the comment and you are sending a replacement. Thanks!”

“As far as service, I have no complaint what so ever. However - 4 of the 12 strings of lights I ordered blink in different colors than their brothers and sisters. At this time it is no big deal as the four do blink together, just in a pattern that is different that the other 8. AND - I need 4 lines to do the front of my house, so Ill use those together and I doubt anyone will be able to tell when comparing those strings to the 8 we plan on putting in our crepe myrtle tree. Otherwise - Im satisfied, and I will be back in the future.”

“The candles were exactly what I wanted. They were easy to set to all come on at once. I just wish they had a longer timer.”

“the instructions were confusing, and appeared to refer to another model. they said there was a button for off and on, one for blinking, and there was a memory. I wanted only an off and on button, but the only setting is a blinking one. It is acceptable to me, because it is mostly on, but I have to unplug to turn them off.”

“website was very clear, and easy to use. I did have to call customer service because my computer was acting odd. I thought I ordered my lights twice. I reached customer service and he checked for me and verified that it was only ordered once. Got my package very quickly. Pleasure dealing with your company. I will order again in the future.”

“I was very pleased with my order and impressed with the speedy delivery. I bought quite a bit and gave some items as gifts. Everyone liked the item I have them and recommended your company very highly. I did have one item that was defective and plan on getting that corrected.”

“I found Lights.com to be a delightful shopping site, one that I will return to frequently for gifts and specialty lighting. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that there was a glitch in the checkout procedure that made the process somewhat confusing. That said, it was not so bad that I wont gladly return!”

“The candles I bought were shipped quickly, they are in candle holders on my mantle over the fireplace. They looked beautiful. We were a little confused, at first, about what to do for them to stay lite for five hours.”

“I love he light we got and the bulbs are super nice looking too. The price was good too. Overall great experience. The only downside was that one of the bulbs showed up not working. I emailed customer service and hopefully they will send another one.”

“I found everything that I wanted, and a whole lot more that I would love to have … my problem is that I went to plug in Glitter Tree (15-18") and it won't light up!! I hope the rest of the items will work fine, still need to plug them in, so excited!!!!”
