“received my items in a reasonable amount of time. for the butterfly sting lights with timer i got 4 strands, but i have to change the batteries every week, i have alot of candles with timers and i dont have to change batteries every week. for that reason the butterfly string lights i am not at all happy with, glad i did not pay full price. also i wrote 2 reviews for them but you have not posted either one, im assuming thats because you dont like my reviews!”

“Very cute! I used the lanterns as accents on my refreshments table at my housewarming party. Their sparkle enhanced the ambiance and everyone wanted to know where I got them. I rated them a 4 only because the metal was a little warped on one. I had to force the door closed. Nevertheless, I would buy them again.”

“The service was great - though the product has changed for one of the angels... Holding a star, rather than the arms going down by side. Not quite as tall, more wider dress of angel, too. Somewhat disappointed in the change, but otherwise all was fine.!”

“Lights are adorable in my fairy garden. However, they are fussy and dont work consistently. The company has been very supportive in replacing those that didnt work. Now having difficulty with those. They are so darn cute I wish they were made a little better.”

“Very good customer service and responsiveness. Prompt delivery. The product was good quality. One quibble: When it arrived, the description on the box indicated that the electric candles were lightly scented -- I thought I was buying unscented candles. Still, a minor point. I probably overlooked some fine print, but I wish those kind of features were emphasized on the website. And I kept the candles - they were nice and the scent wasnt all that big a deal.”

“Love the lights ordered 11 strings of the cool white and 11 strings of the multi colored easy to install look great love how quick they flash and the variety of different sequences. only issue was I had 1 string of each that did not light completely looked like they were not getting enough voltage changed the power source and no change,”

“Shipping (arrival of items) was not as expeditious as I had hoped. Products arrive well packed and undamaged; I am pleased with the appearance of the window candles and the hurricane candle ... I am waiting for the holidays to put them to decorative use.”

“This company was responsive to my requests for information. The reason for four stars is because I had to request the information in regards to shipping confirmation. The timeliness of receiving the information was lagging a bit. I am not sure if this due to internal or external forces. Overall, good experience and I would definitely order from them again.”

“I was surprised when the lights arrived that I received multiple strands of 100 (?) lights each as opposed to one long strand. I put them on an arborvitae just outside our living room windows. They look great and the set up was not difficult. However, one junction, between two strands has lost contact multiple times and I need to go outside and wiggle it/adjust it to get it working again. I really hope I dont need to keep doing that all winter!! Any tips you can offer to ameliorate this problem would be great. Thanks.”

“Communication with your store could be a little better. I placed an order and immediately after I saw they were the wrong color I sent a request to correct that order before they were shipped. I sent this with in seconds of placing the order online. An e-mail was even sent to me that you corrected the order which in fact you did not. I was still sent the wrong thing. I even gave my order number and it was not corrected. Considering I spent close to a thousand with you this season and look to do more I felt this should of been taken care of properly.”

“I love the products from Lights.com! My only problem was that my last order was a gift and sent to another address. In a space provided on the website, I requested a message be sent to my friend. She received the package with no message or mention of who the package was from. In questioning why there was no message included, their answer was Sorry. It was human error & they would make sure it was brought to the attention of the department. You would think they would have tried to make me happy, as well.”

“I love my candles. I did get the Iridescent Guardian Angle Trio set that one of the angles did not work well. They are, however, great. I love having them all around my house and falling to sleep with them on. The timers on them are great and are safer then real candles. I have no fear of kids or pets starting a firer with them around.”

“Service was prompt. I like the candles pretty good. My only issue is that the shortest candle in the set has the flame visible above the top melted edge. I guess I just missed that from the photo...I havent actually back to the site to see if it is evident from the photo of the product. I also thought they were the kind that once switched on will stay on a specific amount of time, turn off automatically and then turn back on at the same time they were first activated. If they are, nothing I saw on the packaging or candles indicate that. That was the type of candles for which I had been shopping, so it is possible that I just thought they had this feature. I like them well enough to keep for myself, but not well enough to give as the gift for which they had been purchased.”

“I was very happy with the service received. They called me back within a very reasonable time with questions I had. When I returned One of my items there was no problem. Loved the angles I got. To bad the one angle had a bubble in its elbow. Other wise they are beautiful I kept 2 boxes of them)”
