“First order took a long time in shipping. I had to exchange one of the items because it wasnt what I expected. The agent was helpful in getting that done and that shipment, which was supposed to also take a long time for me to receive, came quicker! I like what I ordered.”

“The ordering process was not as easy as some sites, but was finally able to complete my order. When the lights arrived, I put them together according to the instructions, however, one steak broke when I tried to insert the light into it. I would like to get this steak replaced.”

“The candles are lovely but I would like to know why I have not recieved a reply to my letter when I told you that the large candle was cracked the entire length and one of the remote controls did not work. Im not sure I would order from you again for this reason. I could not recommend your service to anyone. Thank YOu.”

“The ordering process went simple and the amount of time it took to deliver was quick and accurate. The product was exactly what I thought I was going to receive. The only thing I would change is that the company manufacturing the lights would offer the same style light but with three wire hook-up.”

“Good hard-to-find product in Canada. A very appreciated gift for my wife. My son added colors on the candles and it was perfect. Unfortunately, when using UPS, Canadian customers have to pay brookerage fees, even when the customs fees are low or 0. For instance: 23 $ for a 24$ order (plus S&H). USPS is better for us.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase of the scroll candle centerpiece. There was only one problem-why I only gave 4 stars. One of the candles does NOT work. Is there any way you can send me one replacement candle? I really dont want to send back the whole centerpiece. If so, I will purchase another centerpiece from you. Pls. contact me via e-mail above”

“the order *** just arrived and is complete important to note: your request came before the order arrived. First I called eKomi, as it turned out in Berlin, who were very helpful providing the US number for Lights.com/ *** at the Brooklyn desk was most RESPONSIVE, advising where the truck was and it would be here later in the day, and that is exactly what happened. In summary you have good people dealing with your customers.”
