“Ordered string of battery powered lights along with an extra set of lights. Second set was colored lights instead of white as ordered even though lights were in box which said white lights. Contacted sealer and after sending picture of lights, a replacement set was immediately sent to me.”

“I found Lights.com to be a delightful shopping site, one that I will return to frequently for gifts and specialty lighting. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that there was a glitch in the checkout procedure that made the process somewhat confusing. That said, it was not so bad that I wont gladly return!”

“Purchased LED rope lights (8 strings) to encircle our motor coach camp area in snake country. Everything was as advertised, prompt delivery, very bright cool white, no missing lights or dark sections, looks great at night. Only reason did not give 5 stars is because they have been operating on photocell control for only a few weeks. Lets see if they last more than one year, then a fair rating would be 5+ stars.”

“The candles look great, but there were no instructions. I can figure out where the battery goes, but how do I set the timer?”

“The site was easy to maneuver. However, of the candles I purchased, it seems like there were 2 pictures of the same candle. For some reason that I cannot remember, I could not tell if it were the same item. One set was $15 and one $17. I could not distinguish if they were the same, so I chose the higher priced as it was a gift and for the small difference I wanted the better quality.”

“Ordering was easy and prices plus selection was good. Shipping was not immediate. Had to request status update on the order after it was placed. Part of the order was defective but replaced as soon as it was reported. Would shop the site again.”

“The solar lights give off plenty of light. Actually more than we expected. However we have 3 of the 8 plastic stakes break during the few months we have had the set in place.”

“The website is easy to use and informative. Purchased 4 sets of 2-candle Flameless Tapers. Arrived quickly. Were well packed and 6 of the 8 candles worked fine. Two were not operating and have returned them for replacement. Would consider 5 stars if the Return process is as good as the Purchase process”
