“I was most impressed with the order process, and speedy delivery of the candles. They suited our purpose--vigil candles for young children--perfectly. I deducted one star because a couple of the candles did not work. We are returning those.”

“I was happy with everybody I dealt with. The only thing I wasnt happy with was they came in separate boxes. I was worried I wasnt going to get them in time. They did arrive in the time the lady said they would. Thank you for being on time. I will use your company again and will let other people about your company. Thank you again.”

“Provide candle accessories such as the round, flat candle dishes to stand candles on (metal & glass ones). Please start carrying again, the Khaki colored battery operated, with timer candles. I need more! Your shipping packaging has improved and I appreciate that! Overall, Im a returning customer and will continue to be.”

“Really like the new lights, however, the instructions and web site did not provide instructions on thethis new models settings. Finially called customer service which helped us set the timer. Would have been helpful if this was provided with the lights - even a small printed slip of paper or message to call customer service for settings. Drove us crazy for about 3 nights - trying to set the timer with no success.”

“The lights are very nice and work well. One of the finials on top has already broken off. I was surprised that it wasnt screwed on. But basically, Im happy with the product.”

“Candles are just what Ive been searching for but at a much better price! Delivery was very timely, much sooner than expected. My only issue was that I did not receive an email confirmation of my order nor an email notice of shipment. To be sure my order was placed I had to check my credit card statement to see if the payment had been processed.”

“I liked the product very much. I ordered for Christmas gifts and was assured they would arrive at a particular date in order for gift giving. and stated a specific date. That date passed and, after MUCH telephone conversation with a very patient and helpful representative, it was discovered the delivery system hadmade an address error. The order arrived the day before we traveled and with lots of scurrying, all was delivered. But the gifts were well received and I liked so much I kept one, Tks.”

“First order took a long time in shipping. I had to exchange one of the items because it wasnt what I expected. The agent was helpful in getting that done and that shipment, which was supposed to also take a long time for me to receive, came quicker! I like what I ordered.”

“Your printed instructions need improvement!! No where does it say to line up the arrows of each strand. at the plugs. I spent three days trying to figure our why the lights werent working, including buying a new round of batteries and having a second battery D box sent. It was just by accident that I finally noticed the minute arrows. Printing that in your instructions would have saved me hours of lost time and much frustration! My husband also didnt notice the arrows. Customer service on the phone was excellent.”
