“Everything was great as far as ordering,paying etc.. it was shipping I had a little problem with. I ordered at least 10 strings of lights, different kinds. I received an email stating my order had shipped two days later I receive one box with one string of lights in it,two more days and I receive another box with one string of lights.xmas eve I received all the rest in a box that was pretty beat up .everything was fine but why not ship it all at one time.....”

“This is the first tie I have ordered from your company. I received only 4 of the ordered items out of 12. still waiting. the website was easy to manoever. I had no contact with customer support.”

“I order four Flameless Wax Taper Candles for use in our Childrens Chapel. Three of the four work nicely. One doesnt work at all. I tried multiple batteries to see if that was the problem...no luck. I hope you can replace the defective candle. Otherwise, I am happy with the product!”

“I was very pleased with my purchase of the scroll candle centerpiece. There was only one problem-why I only gave 4 stars. One of the candles does NOT work. Is there any way you can send me one replacement candle? I really dont want to send back the whole centerpiece. If so, I will purchase another centerpiece from you. Pls. contact me via e-mail above”

“I was satisfied with my website experience. The only issue I found was the description of the lights that I purchased was not correct. They were listed as being LED and when they arrived they in fact were not. My wife still Loved them so that made them acceptable. Theyre in use and we enjoy them each evening. I would still recommend your site, as I know that this was most likely just a description error. Im sure that we will purchase again in the near future. Thanks.”

“I received my order in a timely manner. I had expected a SHIP e-mail but did not receive one... the order was sent anyway... fine with me! The item was as shown and the reviews on the site were helpful in knowing the quality of the lights. I am pleased with the battery operated string lights that I purchased. I will order from this company again.”

“The service was great. The lights got here quickly and without any quality issues. I love not having to worry about turning them on or off and dont miss the electrical cords. The only complaint that I do have is that I wish they were a bit brighter.”

“My experience was excellent. Just one minor issue, the candle packaging indicated each candle required two AA batteries, when in fact each required one. Not a distributors problem, but a (nice) surprise to me.”
