“love the lights and shipping was good and quick. Only reason for 4 stars was one of the lights only works in the timer mode and does not work in the on mode.”

“No problems with order procedure. However, one item of the tow that I ordered has a defect that I can work around as I do not have time to send back for a replacement. And the replacement may have the same problem. This is a problem for the quality control at the factory in China.”

“When I saw the package at the front door I was much in doubt that the candles would be in one piece.The cartoon was in very poor shape with tape coming off and holes punched in the box. First thing I did was take a few pictures before moving the box. After opening finding 2 boxes inside loose with one sheet of brown paper but opening the smaller boxes containing the candles they did not seem to be damaged. Wife was happy with the candles”

“The candles arrived in a timely manner and look great in the candle holder. My wife loves them. The only negative is that one of the batteries was dead. The candle works ok after replacing the battery. Regards *** ***”

“I was very happy with my purchase through lights.com. I had checked out as a guest, so the only thing I had trouble with was tracking my package. I knew that it had shipped, but wasnt able to find a tracking number till I contacted customer service. I was very pleased with the help I received. Great experience overall, and loved the products!”

“The product is good and it came well packaged. I was a little disappointed in how long the batteries last. However I could have left it on and didnt know it. I am on my second set of batteries hopefully it will last for the 500 hours. I have recommended this product to others.”

“Provide candle accessories such as the round, flat candle dishes to stand candles on (metal & glass ones). Please start carrying again, the Khaki colored battery operated, with timer candles. I need more! Your shipping packaging has improved and I appreciate that! Overall, Im a returning customer and will continue to be.”

“The ordering process went very smoothly. my items arrived much quicker than I had expected. My only disappointment was in the size of the lights I received. I had thought they would be larger. However, when I went back to the website I then found the description of them in which the size was indicated. My only suggestion for improvement is to put the item descriptions in a more obvious spot on the website. I am still mostly happy with my purchase and will likely order again. I would recommend lights.com to others.”

“I love the look of the candles, they look real, the only thing I would like to say is they should test them before sending. I had 4 that didnt work and *** and was very helpful and sent me 4 more, one of the on and off buttons didnt work on the ones that were sent last but having the 4 that didnt work I exchanged it for one that worked, I will let you know how these work on the candelabras after the wedding in Oct. so glad I got them early. Good service, thanks ***”
