“I was very happy with the service received. They called me back within a very reasonable time with questions I had. When I returned One of my items there was no problem. Loved the angles I got. To bad the one angle had a bubble in its elbow. Other wise they are beautiful I kept 2 boxes of them)”

“While I am delighted with the lights that I ordered and service was great, I wish there would have been a size given for each of the filigreed ball lights. I expected them to be smaller to match a set I already had.”

“I was very happy with my purchase through lights.com. I had checked out as a guest, so the only thing I had trouble with was tracking my package. I knew that it had shipped, but wasnt able to find a tracking number till I contacted customer service. I was very pleased with the help I received. Great experience overall, and loved the products!”

“I love the look of the candles, they look real, the only thing I would like to say is they should test them before sending. I had 4 that didnt work and *** and was very helpful and sent me 4 more, one of the on and off buttons didnt work on the ones that were sent last but having the 4 that didnt work I exchanged it for one that worked, I will let you know how these work on the candelabras after the wedding in Oct. so glad I got them early. Good service, thanks ***”

“The ordering process went very smoothly. my items arrived much quicker than I had expected. My only disappointment was in the size of the lights I received. I had thought they would be larger. However, when I went back to the website I then found the description of them in which the size was indicated. My only suggestion for improvement is to put the item descriptions in a more obvious spot on the website. I am still mostly happy with my purchase and will likely order again. I would recommend lights.com to others.”

“There were no directions for the timer. It said 2 for timer but and I pushed twice but they stay on for two whole days and nights. burnt out batteries :( Will try again tonight. They are pretty though.”

“The customer service was good when I called to inform them that 2 out of three oAngelsI I ordered would not Light up and they promptly offered replacements. I surely hope that the replacements work properly as they are gifts I ordered to give stay specific time during a Spiritual retreat that ends in a week! The actual Angel product is really Beautiful!”

“I ordered 288 of the battery powered taper candles. They arrived in two shipments, and although they were timely, in the second (smaller) shipment, the candles were white vs. the off-white (majority) of the candles.”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The led string lights are quite bright and I like that it is a string of 30 lights as opposed to the 20 light strings I found on most other sites. However, there was a long delay in receiving it. After about 10 days of not receiving any updates on the shipping of my order, I called to check on the status. It seems my order was prepped and ready, but it was overlooked and was just sitting and hadnt shipped out. It was then expedited to me, which I appreciated considering the delay.”
