“I purchased low voltage outdoor string lights which work very well. My order was processed promptly and I received it within a few days of placing the order. One improvement would be that you should respond to questions that are submitted to you by email. This did not happen and I was disappointed about the lack of response.”

“My experience with Lights.com was excellent. The package arrived quickly which was great. One of my candles was broken upon arrival, so I called customer service and they sent a new one right away, free of any extra charge. The only negative thing was that I didnt get my shipment notice (the your order is on its way! email) until the day my package arrived. I would have liked to track it while it was in transit, but it wasnt a huge deal.”

“Customer support was absolutely amazing. I ordered a set of indoor/outdoor candles that arrived damaged. I contacted customer support and they responded that day, sent me a reorder at no charge, which arrived in record time. They were kind, professional, and concerned about the quality of service. I wish more companies had such excellent service and support.”

“Havent received order yet. BUT I have ordered twice in recent past. The ordering was easy and the delivery time was great. Everything arrived packaged well and in good condition. The price is good so I am a Happy customer and will continue to order these great products. Keep up the great work!!!”

“My experience was a very good one. This is my first order with Lights.com and was very pleased with the prompt delivery and ease of ordering. I would definitely recommend this company to others. “I would recommend your service and the candles. I bought the 6 inch and the 4 inch. I love the ones that take a c batteries, they last longer than the AA batteries. When spring gets here I will be ordering more for outside.”
