“Communication with your store could be a little better. I placed an order and immediately after I saw they were the wrong color I sent a request to correct that order before they were shipped. I sent this with in seconds of placing the order online. An e-mail was even sent to me that you corrected the order which in fact you did not. I was still sent the wrong thing. I even gave my order number and it was not corrected. Considering I spent close to a thousand with you this season and look to do more I felt this should of been taken care of properly.”

“Satisfied with price, speed of delivery. Website was cumbersome, too much duplication and when it came time to order didnt always add/delete line items accurately. Took too much time to select and order overall. That being said, I have already recommended your website to others.”

“I was very happy with all areas of my ordering procedure and processing. My order was handled promptly and efficiently. I received confirmation quickly and received my order in a short time. One of my orders was lacking a remote and I emailed this at once. I received a totally new order in 2 or 3 days of my email, and without having to return the incomplete order. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service and promptness I received in all phases of my order.”

“I ordered about 60 window candles for an old mansion we are restoring. When I drove by at night seeing the windows aglow, it made me so happy-it looked so beautiful! They were packaged well and shipped on time-thank you! Ill be a repeat customer!”
