“Satisfied with product and speed of delivery. I did call to talk to a rep directly to order via phone and left a message and no one ever called back. I went online to order and it was simple.”

“The little string lights are wonderful, but I have a problem getting them to be on timer. Perhaps you can give more specific instructions on setting these. The little heart lights, which I thought I would really like, I am unable to make them work. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Lights.com”

“I ordered two starlight flameless pillar candles. They arrived promptly however one did not work. I called customer service who immediately sent me out another which does work. I am a happy customer. I was also told by customer service to keep or dispose of the defective candle. I was grateful not to have to send it back. I would recommend Lights.com to anyone. Your customer service department is to be commended.”

“We got battery operated, timed lights to light up the tops of our kitchen cabinet between the ceiling and the cabinet. The string of lights was way bigger than expected and we love them.”

“Although I did experience a couple of issues with my order and receipt of the shipment -- the Customer Service Rep who handled my concerns (****) was fabulous! He responded quickly and followed up to ensure satisfaction. He is a true asset to the company! ... The replacement items were shipped expeditiously and I was very satisfied with the resolution. The products were nice and priced well. I even got several items on clearance pricing which was exceptional. Very satisfied with the company and look forward to ordering from them again!”

“Yes I would recommend you to others. My order was a large one, for me. One candle arrived broken & I sent an email. Within 1-2 days I received an email back that a replacement was on its way. Super customer service...thank you. The other items are beautiful, however, for Christmas decor so will not be putting out quite yet. I took a look at all of the box contents & I am very pleased. The miniature Christmas trees & red ribbon wrapped package battery candles are especially unique & pretty. Thank you for beautiful products & superb customer service.”

“The battery operated candles that I recently purchased were exactly what I wanted. After I received my first order, I have since placed another order and will receive that. I liked the variety and was intrigued with the rechargeable candles, which I am anxious to try as soon as they arrive.”
