“Im looking at the glowing taper candles as I write this review. Im more than pleased with them. Im delighted moving wick candles are now available in taper size. This is just the ticket for great ambience. Yes, they are a little $$$, but my hope is they will last a very long time and therefore be cost effective. The timers are easy to set & appear to be working fine.”

“Good selection of products, pretty reasonable prices. They shipped quickly and the votives and tealights are nice. The flame looked a little bigger on the website image, but still acceptable size. All in all a good experience, and I will shop with them again.”

“There was one item in my large order whose power adapter did not work. I found the direct 800 number on my confirmation e-mail. I called it, waited 30 seconds for a LIVE person to answer. He spoke clearly and in a commanding way, like he could make things happen. I explained the problem, and within 10 seconds he said Ive just ordered you an exact replacement [to the whole product, not just the cord]. It will ship in 2 days and you should have it the following week I was awe-struck. Its never that simple calling companies for replacements... I asked if I needed to ship back the defective part, and he said No that wont be necessary. Have a great day. Wow ~ the whole process took 4 minutes ! I am impressed Lights.com ! 5 STARS !”

“Love the products, and the online chat feature was terrific for me. I was having problems getting my order info, as I had not made a profile until after I had made a purchase and my order would not show up on my account. So *** got the IT guy to fix it for me. Thank you so much. Also I love the products, the animal flameless candles are wonderful. Of course all of the flameless candles are awesome. Have a great day. Will definitely purchase again and do recommend you to others. *** :)”
