“The clothes I ordered are lovely (denim jacket and maxi dress). Unfortunately the sizing was really odd. I went by the given measurements for the jacket and it was huge. I ordered a 12 in the dress given that this is my usual size and the description said that the fit was ‘generous’. The top of the dress was so small that the buttons barely did up - the elastic was stretched to the max and exposed my bra. I reckon I would need the 16 to fit my chest but then everything else would be too big because the waist and shoulders of the 12 fitted well. No refunds - only credit. Nothing else on the website that I like was available in anything above a small. I imagine it would be pot luck if I did re-order something else and I don’t have the time nor the inclination to go to and fro to the post office. I will try to re- sell my items in a buy/swap/sell site in order to get some money back. Despite the beautiful looking clothes, I won’t be ordering from here again.”

“I initially received the wrong item ordered from Lilac & Mila. However their customer service is excellent. They immediatley dispatched the correct item and resolved the issue for me without any extra cost to myself and gave me a discount on future purchase. They have a genuine friendly attitude to customers and show that they really care both about their customers and their brand- which means alot. I live in England and this is the only place I can find the larger sizes of Jaase clothing & their selection of this brand is great. I will definitely buy from them in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend Lilac & Mila.”
