“Normally I don’t buy on line unless it is something I have bought previously. But I was knew to Natalie Angel’s website and she changed buying on line to a whole new level with showcasing the products perfectly. I did buy a dress, but had to return it because it was too tight in the bust and then the bottom on the dress too big! Your returns policy was terrific, better than a lot of other dress shops and easy as well. Haven’t received my refund yet, but will certainly keep my eye out for another outfit...... “I am fairly new to online shopping after recently joining Natalie Angle’s LMTBYB group. So when I recently purchased 4 dresses from your company I made the rookie error of not checking your returns policy. I just naively assumed I would be able to get a refund on any items that didn’t suit! (I know...my mistake and I will wear that) After trying on each of the dresses I have realised unfortunately that I will have to return 3 of the 4. My main complaint on now having over $200 in store credit is that many of your other garments that I would be potentially be interested in purchasing with my credit are out of stock!!”

I can see that you ended up returning one of the dresses and used your credit to purchase the gorgeous Lunar Taurus Maxi with your credit which is fantastic!!
