I’ve recently purchased Jaase brand from Lilac & Mila for the second time. My first purchase arrived quickly, currently waiting for this order to arrive. Beautiful brands, well worth considering this online store.

I didn't receive a part of my order and it took 3 attempts at them sending it before I finally got it. Didn't get the $15 voucher I was told would be sent either. I specifically chose this shop as it was a stockist for Jaase dresses. I will shop elsewhere next time.

I missed out on buying the dress i wanted. It was in my cart however i didn't complete purchase quickly and i missed out. I got an email saying i had itrm in my cart so i replied with above info. I was then contacted and they said they would search their store for my size. And success also very quick delivery. 10 out of 10

Where do I start the the 2 dresses I brought are beautiful stylish and well made on the days I do wear them I have at least 3 women compliment me about the dresses where did i buy its beautiful love the material love TV these dresses..Purchasing was easy sizing is great and delivered swiftly to my door ...Will definently be buying more items.Dresses should come with a warning you will be complemented numerous times about how lovely the dresses are ...💟💟💟

Easy to nevigate site, quick postage with good communication. Beautiful dress. Only suggestion is having measurements on each garment and size to assist with ordering the correct size and reducing the need to return the item.

Buying from Lilac and Mila was a good experience, however the dress I purchased was far to big. Easy to return, but alas I couldn’t get a refund just a credit. I think it would be very beneficial if the website removed items that had sold out. Often there is only a size 8 left. The denim Delilah jacket was also recently back in stock, I had it sitting in my basket then when I went to pay, it disappeared and was sold out, very disappointing. It won’t stop me purchasing from them. Great variety.

Ordered 2 dresses and both came in good time (given delays with postage in general). Only issue I had was that one of the dresses had a small cut/tear near the collar. As it appears the dress was not taken out of the manufacturers packet, it looks like a manufacturer issue. A little disappointing but not the end of the world. I would shop again with Lilac and Mila.
