“I’m really disappointed. I’ve been requesting someone contact me regarding an order that was placed on the 7th December, the size is incorrect. Nobody has bothered to respond to my emails/messenger request yet you send me a request to give my opinion??? I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years now, but the lack of customer service on this occasion has really been disappointing.”
