“the tracking is telling me the parcel is stuck in Brisbane QLD since October 6th.Cleared and awaiting international departure. It seems very long , but i can only wait.It looks like there is nothing I can do.”

“I purchased a beautiful Jaase dress from Lilac & Mila, it was great to get what i wanted online when i couldn't find it close to home. The dress was sent out promptly and i received shipping notices. Excellent service, would purchase from Lilac and Mila again.”

“Love the colour and style . Going on the size guide ( bust size ) it only just fits . Next size up would be too big . The button holes (elastic) pull , so I have had a dressmaker stitch the front of dress to address the problem .”

“I contacted Lilac and Mila and sent my measurements to ask what size I should buy a dress in. I received the dress and it was 2 sizes too small. I emailed them and they emailed back saying to return it, which I did. The dress was received by them 2 weeks ago (confirmed by Australia Post) and I’ve heard nothing and not had my money refunded. I’ve found them to be reasonably good at responding until now, it would be good to have a conversation but there’s no phone number provided.”
