“Lovely dresses, however a couple of buttons missing from one and the cord to tie was frayed and coming apart when I took it out of the packet.”

Hi Lovely! We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. I can't see that our customer service girls have been notified of this issue. We do request that customers do reach out to us directly when this happens. In the future we would like to ask you to please email us for issues with garments - it is so important to us that all our customers to love their purchases therefore it is crucial to notify us when an issue arises - as we cannot assist if we are unaware. “I loved how quick the shipping was. The colours are pretty, but I would love to see some softer fabrics, not just the rayon you always use.”

“Bought my first dress from lilac and mila after seeing @storiesofamum on Insta wearing one. The print is beautiful. Material is comfy, and it’s true to size. Very flattering. And I’m super happy with my purchase. New prints released often and always great sales. Delivery was really fast too!”

“Unfortunately I have had a hit and miss experience with L&M. One dress sent without the belt, another dress I purchased (and was waiting some days for) didn’t arrive then via email I was advised that it faulty and they did not have anymore to replace it. I have had to return various dresses from Jasse because of variance in the size XS. On the up side I am happy with the dresses I have received successfully and intact. Also usually prompt delivery.”

“Amazing pattern, style and fit. My only complaint is the quality control as both dresses have extra loose threads, one hanging below the hemline which I realised after wearing it.”
