“I received three items from Lilac and Mila. Two of them are fine and fit well. The third was not the dress I ordered. I wrote to them to let them know that they sent the wrong dress, and have heard nothing back from them as of yet. So thus far I am not impressed, since the mistake was on their end. If they get back to me and take responsibility for sending me the wrong thing I would order from them again. If not then this will be my last order with them.”

“Beautiful dress. I do feel it rounds a bit small (I’m a 14 and brought the L) but it was my first purchase so yanno 😂🙊 I LOVE the gathered elastic detailing, but the section on the but needs to be. Couple of lines longer as it cuts me off on my boobs, rather than under or close to under (I don’t think my boobs way up or way down... just in the middle )”

“The Leora Pink Embroidered Avenue top is better in real life than on the internet, it is soo nice!!! The reason why i have only given 3 stars: I had been searching for this shirt for some time and was reluctant to purchase as you only do store credit or exchange, no refunds for change of mind. Lucky for me the shirt suits and fits me. As a rule I stay clear of any online business that does not offer a refund. I have found items on your website that I like but i have purchased from other online businesses that offer refunds regardless of the reason.”

As stated in our store policy, we currently only offer returns for store credit, but this store credit never expires and you are welcome to purchase an alternate product. We also offer 60 day free returns instead meaning that we cover the cost of your return.
