“I love the clothes but as I have had to return an item, I am having trouble trying to find a replacement. A lot of the items are not in my size or have sold out completely. I find the website a little frustrating to use as it can sometimes take a while to go back and then find where you were at.”

“I initially received the wrong item ordered from Lilac & Mila. However their customer service is excellent. They immediatley dispatched the correct item and resolved the issue for me without any extra cost to myself and gave me a discount on future purchase. They have a genuine friendly attitude to customers and show that they really care both about their customers and their brand- which means alot. I live in England and this is the only place I can find the larger sizes of Jaase clothing & their selection of this brand is great. I will definitely buy from them in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend Lilac & Mila.”

“The pandemic has slowed down their shipping to Canada, but they stayed in touch, replied to my messages, and were sympathetic to my 3 month wait. I think they've fixed their delivery problems and I'll definitely order from them again.”
