“Normally I don’t buy on line unless it is something I have bought previously. But I was knew to Natalie Angel’s website and she changed buying on line to a whole new level with showcasing the products perfectly. I did buy a dress, but had to return it because it was too tight in the bust and then the bottom on the dress too big! Your returns policy was terrific, better than a lot of other dress shops and easy as well. Haven’t received my refund yet, but will certainly keep my eye out for another outfit...... “I had to sadly return a garment as it did not fit, I was happy to pay for the return postage (as I had used a discount code) the communication was amazing and in my opinion they went above and beyond, they held an outfit for me and as an extra bonus they paid for return postage.
