At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! “I was amazed at how quick my dress came, which was great. Fit was great until I washed it. I feel a little disappointed now as the dress has slightly shrunk in the wash so it’s a bit tight now across my chest.”

“The first dress I ordered wasn't for me. I loved the colour but the style didn't suit my shape. I returned it with no issue a replacement of my choice was sent back within days. The new dress is perfect, love it!! Great communication, service and delivery time. Would totally buy again.”
