We try to not edit our photos and we shoot the exact same garments that we sell to prevent any confusion on items. In the future we would like to ask you to please email us for issues with garments - it is so important to us that all our customers love their purchases therefore it is crucial to notify us when an issue arises. Hi Lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel yet. 💕 I can't see that our customer service girls have been notified of this issue before your comment on this post. We do request that customers reach out to us directly when this happens as we cannot assist if we are unaware. Once the item has been packed and sent, the courier only provides updates to the customer so there is, unfortunately, no way for us to know that delays are occurring unless we are notified. From what I can see, your order was processed on Sunday the 1st of May and our girls sent it the following business day on the 2nd. The girls in the warehouse work super hard to get the orders packed as promptly as possible to ensure that you ladies can in turn receive your items quickly. We therefore completely understand how disappointing it is when there is a delay on the couriers end. We have contacted the courier for you and they have advised us that the parcel has finally been delivered. We would love to give you a $15 store credit to further apologise for the inconvenience. “Ordered dress and 2 tops. One shirt was suppose to be on dark blue background with bright flowers but mine was on grey background and the flowers dull so was disappointed. Dress and other were good.”

“I really like the Alby print Rue top. Shipping was a bit slow but so is everything from Aus at the moment. It came beautifully packaged and Lilac & Mila are not in control of the postal service. The top itself is very oversize. I am usually a 20 and went for a 16. I could have gone 14 and still had plenty of room everywhere.”

Yes, this style is very oversized and we do recommend customers sizing down depending on their desired fit, we leave notes in the product description and measurements to ensure customers find the right fit! “The shipping was fast and the dress is beautiful, it's definitely one of my favourites. My only gripe is I have to wear a singlet underneath as there's no panel under the buttons and the dress gapes.”

“I love my dress. Apparently Our order was held up by DHL with account locked. After enquiring as to when the order would arrive I had an immediate response and told my shipping cost would be refunded but no credit as yet. My dress arrived safely and quickly after that.”
