If I could give Lincare a ZERO - I would. I continue to recv daily phone calls regarding ordering supplies - sometimes multiple times a day. Lincare staff members have been advised multiple times to STOP ALL phone calls - now and going forward. When I need supplies - I WILL CALL!

Lincare in Hingham Mass , has terrible customer service, Representative was rude and unprofessional, shouldn’t be working there . Waiting for call back of manager. Apparently, they just hire anyone to answer the phone , not what you expected from a medical facility! LC

They send me stuff that i cant use and then send me an invoice. After 2 hrs on the phone several times they tell me that they will call me back within 24 hrs. They dont. After 2 monthe the they tell me its against their policy to take returns. The shipping bos was never opened. They are the biggest scammers out there. Stay away I havent had thier machine for 8 months. I don't need their supplies. I will have to pay for supplies that i cannot return or use to keep my credit from being dinged. They are a terrible taking advantage of everyone.

No one ever calls you back! I make call after call and all they say is someone will call you back. Never happens. Billing issues, never get a invoice, have no idea what is being billed to my insurance...Their portal is a joke! First, I was told that there is a system outage (which was not the truth)and then was told must be my ID #. Still not corrected after 3 weeks. Fix your OOPS errors!!! No wonder you have low ratings. Do you even look at these issues on here or correct them? Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

It's funny how the reviews are 1 star or 5 star what's up with that. They got me for $795 for oxygen rental that I never did use sat there for 6 months tried to give it back but they told me i had to have a doctors release which took a month.insurance was covering it gave the equipment back and they charged an additional $795 For what I had canceled it a month prior. You can buy the same oxygen generator for a little less than 600 on Amazon and you keep it. Never ever will I use lincare for anything. You can buy your own cpap online as well and take it to your doctor to have set up. DON'T USE LINCARE

lincare Stuart provided me with horrible customer service. They do nothing to help with a problem They refuse honor my doctors orders to change my cpap mask. They are horrible in florida. When i used them in new jersey they were great. Stay away from them in florida

These people are not to be trusted. First, my customer experience was terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate. Then they asked for copies of my medical records. They had my Dr. prescription, so why did they need my personal health records? They said it was required of them for Blue Cross. BCBS told me that was BS. When they finally did supply me with a CPAP they had the settings wrong for my mask, they overcharged me and would not present a detailed bill so I could supply it to my FSA administrator. Then they told me that BCBS required I rent the equipment. I checked with BCBS and they said BS again, I could have purchased outright and they would cover it.

Lincare waited almost an entire year to send me a bill. If they billed or reviewed accounts on any regular basis, I would have realized this was a bad deal. Instead they waited until the absolute last moment possible moment to bill me. There is no compassion here, no respect for sick or poor people. I spent a couple days on hold trying to get someone to pick up their equipment. Do they only employ 4 people? Their online “chat” & Portal don’t work. I have dealt with many terrible medical companies, but Lincare is the worst!!

This was my 3rd time with issues of ordering and had to make a return.. But, Customer Service from the Call Center Representative are really upsetting, No Repore, No Decorum, .. simply don't know how to connect with the customer... Instead of texting the whole sorted details and playback the call. DOLORES THIBODEAUX Date 4/31/24 Call Time: approximately 4:30 pm central time. * I know the ins and outs of a call center I worked one for over a decade, so with the information I provided it should be resolved and call back from a supervisor.

My wife's nebulizer inhaler and connective tubing stopped working. I called for an appointment, and Patrick in the DelRay Beach Lincare Customer Service office opened the door and invited me in. He was extremely polite, and carefully demonstrated how to assemble the 4 piece section where the albuterol drops are inserted. He showed me where to insert the tubing that connects the inhaler to the Nebulizer Machine. There was no charge for this consultation, and Patrick couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend this Service Technician.

This is literally the worst medical services company ever. The staff is beyond unfriendly, not helpful and incompetent, their customer service is a joke and unreachable, they are incapable of placing, executing and delivering orders for CPAP correctly. This company should be prohibited for how bad they treat patients. Their intentional negligence and incompetence puts patients lives at risk. Tell your doctor you don’t want to work with J&L / Lincare.

The billing department is horrible ! My bills are always wrong . I don't want to deal with a company I have to keep such a close eye on . I have wonderful insurance where I only pay like 7.90 a month for my supplies and then one month I will get like 40.00 for the same stuff and I have to say no I always only pay this much and they look around and go oh okay I see the problem someone had it in the computer as only 80 percent covered . I mean basically everytime I get a bill I have to call in and have it fixed just to turn around and when I get a bill again it's messed up all over I'm about done with this . Nothing more annoying then spending my time on the phone correcting someone else's job .

Cant give them any stars- they are truly awful . This is absolutely one of the worst companies ever!!!!!!! Horrible customer service with the most rude representatives I have ever encountered. They either lie or are completely incompetent, they''ll say you are under contract with them, when you're not. They say you have equipment when you dont. Their records are all screwed up. You call multiple times and sit on hold forever only to be told someone will call you back and of course, they NEVER do. Seriously, no one should ever use this company

Woman you have to speak too is horrible. I'm 76 disabled and have copd. She rushes me off the phone. Has no patience. Delivery guys aren't bad. I've even called corporate to no avail

Poor communications running around with their employees asking for my personal data again and again: bad on-line Lincare business. Time to resolve my breathing issues. Transfer to a better respiratory company

The local office mislead me about CPAP therapy. I am new to Medicare and was not told about the montly rental fees. I was told that my "co-pay" for the equipment was $75. I paid that. It was addressed as a "$10 monthly payment plan towards supplies every month, 3 months, or 6 months." I repeated that back to him, as I made notes in my handy notebook for reference. Then three months goes by and I get a "demand for payment for past due balance." I never received a statement. I called the local office and was called a "liar" because "everybody gets monthly statements." The demand for payment was not itemized and had no payment coupon or address to send the payment, but it did have an account number, which I used to pay as a guest online. I noticed I was being billed $10 a month "rental" in addition to the copays for cost of supplies billed to insurance. I called the main phone number with questions, but nobody ever answered my call. I dared not call the local office in case Lucifer answered and called me a liar again. Forward 3 more months and I get another late notice and demand for payment. I rinsed and repeated and called to talk to someone and they just forwarded my call to the local Lincare office where I was once again called a liar and berated for asking questions. I kept getting calls for supplies and ordered them, reminding the caller that I have not received any statements and they said they'd notate my account. Today, I called the main number and after 44 minutes 14.5 seconds on hold, I was disconnected. I called again and tried a different department as was redirected to the local office with Lucifer who once again called me everything but a child of God. I told her that I was not talking to her since she was hateful and I disconnected and called a branch office two states away from me. I pleaded my case and a nice guy helped me the best he could. He have me my customer ID number, after I successfully identified myself properly and he read off statements "sent to me," which I never received. He verified my address and told me that there have been issues with some not getting their statements. I tried to register for the patient portal but got error codes. I called the portal support line and was greeted with a nasty woman who interrupted me and said, "DO you want help or not?" All I was doing was reading her the error message on the screen after she asked me if she could help. I disconnected the call. They can just send me late notices and I will pay them, that way. They are the worst to work with. I should've learned from them when I got a nebulizer several years ago. I could have just bought one with cash from the local pharmacy and been done with it. That extra cost would have been worth not dealing with Lincare and their nasty, grumpy, hateful people.
