My number 1 complaint is you can never get them to answer the phone. And even doctors have a hard time getting through to them.

I just want to send a special Thanks out to Monica Ipri. Her services yesterday was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable of the equipment. Answered all my questions. Left me feeling comfortable w operating my new Cpap machine. Thanks Al

Cpap airflow too high used it maybe total of 6 hours no customer service support. Keep calling for supplys don't use it took it back yet bill me for machine I don't have on phone 1 hour to inquire billing poor customer service will NEVER DO BUSINESS with them or recommend them their customer service rating in fergus falls -0.

They never answer the phone. Also, I was told they would come last Friday to pick up my oxygen & waited all day for nothing. Then I was told they would come Monday. Again I waited & they didn’t come. Now I have to wait again.

I've been using a cpap machine for over 10 years. Today I got a call to come in and get "set up" with my new replacement machine. I asked what kind of setting up I would need at this point. I was told I needed to sign some paperwork. I asked if they didn't have an electronic signature option in this day and age. The Lincare employee then got kind of huffy with me and asked me whether it was really a great hardship for me to come in. I told her it kind of was. She then said she had just been trying to help me out taking care of this at the local Mukilteo office, but she would send my order back to corporate where they would mail me a machine, but it would take another 2-3 months. She then told me to have a good day, but seemed about to explode underneath. The only reason they get the 2nd star is because it does seem like they are eventually going to get me my replacement machine. My oxygen company had first crack at this order and I gave up on them after 4 months because they wouldn't even submit the order to my insurance company without having a copy of my original 2014 sleep study which my HMO that I haven't been with for 9 1/2 years was either unable or unwilling to produce.

Nick Sanchez brought my wheel out to me about 2 months. I did not need the legs at the time since I ride a bus to dialysis and doctor's offices. I had an injury to my right knee where I needed my legs on. That was a Thursday. Friday the bus driver put my right leg straight out. Mr. Sanchez came to fix it which he did. He even came back with just foot part which I like much better. He was was courteous while in my pretense. I recommend him highly.

I'd personally like to apologize to the customer service agent that contacted me today about my sleep care needs for my bad cell reception. However, it does not give you the right to hang-up on me due to your lack of patience. Please do better!

I’ve only had to pick up my equipment so far. But my experience was good. The technician was very informative and thorough with all aspects of the equipment. She explained everything I needed to know, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving.

Just a horrible company for cpap. Wish I went somewhere else. Customer service is like a black hole. Everytime I call I get different answers to my questions. Plus I think they purposely hire people who speak bad English. I can't say enough how bad this company is. Anyone who reads my review before choosing a cpap supplier and you still chooses Lincare, your on your own. Lastly with all the bad reviews that go back years and Lincare has not changed their customer service should be big eye opener for potential new customers.

This company is unequivocally fraudulent. Despite my insurance company fully covering the cost of the supplies, Lencare proceeded to charge my credit card. Upon contacting them, they acknowledged their error and assured me of a refund, yet it remains elusive. Despite countless attempts to rectify the situation, their promises ring hollow. This is a clear case of deceit; steer clear of Lencare.

Poor customer service! It's Saturday, oxygen concentrator has problems. No one answers their emergency number or their "chat" on their site. Need to plan your emergencies on week days during business hours. Pitiful company.mm

My mom was using this service. We called 6 weeks ago as she needed service. After multiple attempts they did not come out. She was forced to stay in her bedroom, close to the main machine instead of being able to be in the living room. This was not important to them. It's really sad that they do not take elderly people's needs seriously and urgently. Unfortunately my mom passed and this company was notified of her death 3 weeks ago! Equipment still hasn't been picked up. Well it will be on the porch. You don't care, neither do we. Hoping for others that can't breathe that they find a more reputable company!

Lincare reached out to me to check my equipment for valid adjustments and mentioned that the filter should be replaced. I had to cancel our appointment because of a conflict and the staff member that took my call was so gracious and assured me that it was fine and that we could easily reschedule. We did. The young man that came to my house was very knowledgeable about the equipment and was very polite and friendly. His name is Lance and he as well as the staff member that took my call were great!

Lincare no longer bills customers. The rep. on the phone said she doesn't know what company bills for Lincare. Is billing rocket science? Can't get a bill thru email, text or USPS.

Just do not use them. My experience has been beyond belief at the incompetence with this company. They don’t know what they’re doing. I need CPAP, but they’ve made it impossible.

Waited 3 weeks on a wheelchair and having surgeons office call along with myself to never get a response, call back & put on hold up to 40 minutes to finally be directed to call center with same results. Terrible service and communication

We almost ran out of oxygen getting from the hospital to home and were just about to call 911. They were hours late and would not answer their phone or return calls. Very poor service!!!!

Customer service in Galax is terrible. Two days ago I had my Home concentrator exchanged because the yellow light was on and wouldn’t go off so they came out and gave me another one and didn’t test it just left it and took the other one. The new one was so noisy you couldn’t watch TV in the same room. I called LinCare yesterday And a lady named Trish said I doubt we can get out tomorrow. It probably be sometime next week. I woke up this morning with a headache and found out this machine isn’t even putting out oxygen levels were low when I woke up this morning at the time they’re supposed to open , call again an hour later they should be open. No one answers the phone and again I left the message. No one returns my call. I said I need this thing today on the recording anyway I finally drove down there and went in and they said the truck on their way to your house nobody even told me or called me so if he would’ve got there before I got back, no one would be there to answer the door , bunch of idiots! They need a new office manager there to straighten the place out. I’ve had several mistakes there.

I have had a myriad of problems since day one with this company! My doctor sent me to Lincare in Piqua. Ohio back in December of 2023. I had to go to a class showing how to use my equipment before they would let me have it. My bank deposited my paycheck check into our business checking account, so I didn’t have enough to pay the initial amount. The instructor came into the room & loudly announced that information to the whole class. Embarrassed, I handed her another card to process for that. Within 2 weeks, I received the paperwork from my insurance telling me what my portion was. It was $120 LESS than what Lincare charged me. I contacted them & was basically told that they bill whatever they want. In January, our insurance changed. I sent my new insurance information to them no less than 6 times. They didn’t change it, but continued to harass me. After the FINALLY changed it, the charges started appearing on my insurance account. They are charging my insurance for basically 2 separate machines. It’s ONE machine that includes a humidifier…it can’t be used unless the little cup is in machine because it’s ONE machine! Then, I see charge upon charge for supplies. I’ve received 2 masks that are the wrong size…they’ve charged for 3…and the cost for these products are marked up 200%! My co-pay is MORE than what it costs to buy from Amazon! They’ve sent other pieces once, but they’ve charged more than once. I’ve notified my insurance company about that. My insurance company has the option to pay my portion through them. I have been doing that. As of last week, I don’t owe these people anything, but they charged my card for $278.75 yesterday! They were only authorized to take the first amount out. They also didn’t even charge my insurance company that amount! It’s more than $100 more than they charged my insurance company! My insurance company said I owed $16 this month…and that was already paid. Their customer service is a joke! Rudest people in the world both on the phone AND in person! I have written BBB & the Attorney General’s office. They have already been sued for over-charging Medicare, why weren’t they investigated for overcharging those that have private insurance? Steer clear of this company!
