My life depends on my respirator @ 67 I’m on Medicare. I pay out of pocket $248/monthly for this device. Lincare meters supplies, don’t ask, don’t get and you only get every 60 days though the manufactures state replace every 30 days -issue #1. Now ready for a refurbished aching after 27 months it’s a two (2) week wait. So what happens if my device fails? It’s a two week wait to replace it - I’d be in hospital care on day #1. Lincare is a deep for profit company that frankly could care less about there employees (severe turnover) and or the patient. Plain and simple: HORRIBLE CORPORATION

Worst Pharmacy care. At all cost do not use this company if you need meds. Your meds will always be late. They don’t seem to care if this is the case. Overall experience is just terrible. I just can’t overstate how much frustration they will inflict on you if you use them.

I have been using Lincare for 3 years now. I have expressed 3 times now what an amazing, giving man Andy is. I am now leaving Florida for Maine and need to say what an outstanding man Andy is. Whenever we had any kind of issue Andy always resolved it before he left our home. No matter how many tanks were being exchanged, his attitude was always one of patience and kindness. Any customer who is assigned Andy as their go to man is one of the luckiest customers. He always has a kind word and a huge smile. I will miss him, and we will never forget his kindness!! Thank you so much Andy for who you are.

I too would leave a "0" star if I could. The ROANOKE, VA Office Manager on Murry Street is lazy and sorry! The office manager there would not even speak to me about my inquiry of an error on my Mother's EOB for lincare/mdinr. She relayed the message through (I guess) the front desk person back and forth. Her reason was because she (my Mother) was a patient in the Collinsville office. But she COULD tell me my Mother's account was in COLLECTIONS. I PROCLAIMED how could this be when Lincare sent her a check for $78 recently for OVERPAYMENT. And if there WAS something sent to collections, why wasn't she notified prior to it going to collections? This does not make one bit of sense. The Collinsville, VA Office - UNRESPONSIVE. You are on hold for eternity. Then it sounds like someone picks up but then presses a button to put you on hold again. Never hearing a voice at all. We ended up having my Mother's insurance agent call her insurance provider again only to find out it was a "coding" error. Something I suspected all along. This place needs new management or just close up altogether. To try to work with someone and find answers to resolve an issue is unrealistic with this company. CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE NO ONE (EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW UP) IN THE OFFICE WILL TALK TO YOU.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Billing practices are questionable. Received a bill over a year old threatening collection (said that I wasn’t contacted numerous times which I was not.) This was not the first “late” bill I dealt with. Customer service is hard to get to, a long wait and sounds like they are reading from a script. I am so happy to be done with this company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My elderly mother has had nothing but issues with this company. They do NOT send her billing statements and then turn her in to collections, along with a large bill. I have complained and complained and called and called. HORRIBLE COMPANY

These people are EXTREMELY inept, difficult to understand and rude. We've given Medicare info 3 times and they said it doesn't exist. Medicare finally called Lincare saying it does exist. Our secondary insurance was not documented and billed saying overdue. When calling to straighten out the account, they were rude, talking over us, difficult to understand, so we called administration in Clearwater, FL. We explained we made 4 calls, were either disconnected and had over a 20 minute hold time each time. Administration said there was nothing they could do without a name. All calls are supposedly recorded, so why can they not check the rude customer service representative? NO HELP! All morning mainly on hold. I see why the company rates only 1.6 stars! I encourage all to Google options to Lincare near me. There are great options out there. It takes alot to frustrate us as this company has. I see why so many have been forced to call the BBB to get fair treatment and not be forced to overpay. They've also billed Medicare incorrectly to their benefit. We hope we don't need to use our lawyer we have on retainer.

If at all possible avoid this company especially if you’re receiving meds from them. You will run out of your meds before they get around to shipping them. They only ship usps so shipping takes a week or longer and if you live in a rural area you will need to pick up your supplies at a post office. If your to sick to go to post office they don’t care no exceptions. Figure it out yourself not our problem. Would highly recommend not using this company

Horrible customer service . . . 24 min wait time, disconnected 4 times after getting referred to another person. Incorrect billing by only $10.00 but turned me over to a collection agency and threatened to ruin our credit.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHARGED MY ACCOUNT BASED ON MEDICARE 20% WITHOUT EVER CHECKING WITH ACTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY THAT CHARGES 5% OF THE COST. LIED ABOUT FILING CLAIM WITH INSURANCE. TAKES OVER AN HOUR TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THEN THEY HAND UP . THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM IT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

It is nearly impossible to reach someone to discuss your billing. I called and no one takes your call. I tried the online portal and it's automated and impossible to get a human. I am receiving a bill from them that i do not owe!

Oh my gosh, being on the phone more than an hr, for a billed question. I have extention off medicaid under medicare, called billing dept and they keep sending me to billing dept when they said they billing dept, dont think they know what they doing but they are awful, but quick to send a billed.

Got call voicemail saying I need call them back. I called them and was told they would call me back that evening and never did. I called them back the next morning and was told they will call me back it’s been eight hours and no response. Currently on hold for ten minutes now and they will be closing soon.

They did a great job of placing the equipment with me. After that I got billed for supplies I never received. When it came time to pay for my equipment I was treated like I was trying to steal it from them and after paying for it in full they told me they would no longer sell supplies to me. Which was fine with me because their customer service was non existence. I no longer was going to do business with them anyway.

La facturación es un Robo , me han seguido cobrando cosas que ya había pagado y cada mes sube la factura, no entiendo porque si ya devolví la máquina , veo que no soy la única persona con el mismo problema, no recomendaría a nadie esta compañía.

Terrible. Customer service is a joke. Just give you the run around. My husband told them to stop sending supplies that he didn’t need. They kept sending and charging. Then he stopped using the CPAP. He tried to return it to pay off account. They were supposed to have someone call the next day. That day never came. Then he gets an email from a collection company for $58. But still receiving a bill from the company for $465. Called to try and straighten it out and all they wanted to say was we can take your payment now. Not happening. Don’t ever use them.

AVOID Lincare - shady business practices, VERY poor customer service, FAILURE to communicate on MULTIPLE occasions, and all levels. Equipment took much longer than expected to arrive. I will never do business with them again. Never updated me with what insurance covered vs was to be out of pocket, even though I requested a bill several times, never received one but they were fine passing all of the information over to the collections company. Do yourself the favor - find someone else NOW!

There are several things, but the icing on the cake was my appointment was for tomorrow and they called me today and insisted on a credit card on file. I explained to them I do not put my banking information out there and they said I needed to cancel my appointment. I offered to give them a check for the expected deductible and they said they can take it but they also said they will use it for reoccurring billing.They said it was a Lincares policy. I asked for the corporate phone number but they only gave me the complaint department. I went online to see Lincare policies regarding keeping your credit card file on file and it was not listed anywhere. What I did find online was the terrible reviews that Lincare has received regarding customer service and their billing department. They make customers wait a month for an appointment and then the day before an appointment insist on a credit card payment instead of telling us that upfront. I called another Durable medical equipment place who absolutely does not take credit cards on file and was happy to see me within a week.
