I have a defective Oxygen Concentrator and called Lincare yesterday Morning Thursday March 13, 2025. I was told a new Concentrator would be delivered today. I have not received new equipment. I'm 80 years old and on Oxygen 24/7. Lincare is the worst company to deal with. Customer Service is disgusting. This is the 2nd time I've had equipment issues and both times dealing with Lincare has been a nightmare.

If I could give a zero I would. Incompetent is an understatement. Once again delivery did not show up. Office staff is rude and clueless. The respiratory specialist is the only one that seems to know anything . They get away with this because they are the only supplier that is available throughout the US and only ones with niv's available. If you have the option do not use this supplier

My first visit was to be fitted with and learn how to use the CPAP . I have many disappointing memories after that. The Modesto facility is ugly, dirty and uninviting. I immediately had problems with the mask. Knowing it could take time to adjust, I waited a bit before contacting the local representative. Every time I attempted contact with said representative, he was either out of the office, with a client or away from his desk. I waited a week knowing how “busy” he is and finally called again to leave another message. Finally he called back left a message. When I immediately tried calling back he was again not available. Finally we spoke after two weeks of waiting for advice to relieve the pain I was experiencing. I spoke with the Lincare supply person to ask to hold off on delivery of more supplies yet they were sent to me any way. I consequently lost use of the Machine and have to start over with the process and prescription for a CPAP. I certainly would never recommend nor ask for the service from this unprofessional establishment. Try to find a different company if possible. That is of course unless you enjoy being dismissed and treated poorly.

Garbage company, avoid at all costs. They will screw up billing overbill insurance and then you can never get a hold of anyone outside of your local office. The local offices seem to care but the corporate office and billing are just useless and should not have jobs.

Lincare has hired a manager to help is with our needs. Very personable and knowledgeable. So nice to have a manager to help us with our needs! Way to go Lincare!

Worst company ever. They set appointments to service you without checking to see if you're available, then when you make a appointment with them they "forgot to add you to the list". Also my pulmonologist sent a prescription more than once for a portable oxygen a year ago and every time I ask lincare about it, I'm told "that's not my department, can't help you". This company should not be in business, they don't care about their customers. If could give a negative star review I would.

They said my CPAP rental bill was paid off, and then billed me for it 2 years later and said, "Oops, we can't go back and bill this to insurance as it has been too long". They never answer emails/phone/chat requests. Prepare for frustration and billing battles for your foreseeable future.

I talked to Martina today about my prescription. She was very helpful and very nice. I finally understood why I wasn't getting the individual medication ( 1 vial at a time). She went out of her way to explain it to me. Apparently it was a temporary thing. I wanted to thank her alot. She is an asset to your company. Thank you very much. Diane Naus

Sandy from the Orchard Park office was very polite, professional, informative and personable. I greatly appreciate all her help. It is great knowing I have someone to call who looks out for the best interests of the Lincare patients.

Horrible, horrible company. Impossible to speak with anyone. Automated phone system asks for patient name and then hangs up the call. No matter which menu item chosen. They don't honor appointments. Don't show up, don't call. Lousy, lousy service. Absolute worst company I've dealt with in years.

I would like to know why the "branch" in Missoula, Montana is unresponsive to phone calls, messages, and no one is ever in their store at 723 Ronan Street!! I have been trying to get my Mom's oxygen accessories, Cannual 7 foot soft, for MONTHS! This is beyond a bad customer experience.

I had Matt Sieber’s come out to my mother’s house today because we were having problems with her oxygen machine and her oxygen tanks. He was so helpful and so informative he taught me many things . He replaced all the parts needed. Had a great attitude and was very friendly. I can’t say enough about Matt. He’s a real keeper. Thank you very much, Matt.

I called Lincare on January 28th to inform them of my new insurance. I need CPAP supplies but I need to have the items approved by Tufts. I called Lincare back today, February 19th, and nothing has been done on my account.

Was having trouble with my oxygen concentrated because it was showing 1green light and 1 orange lt. Called after hours service man and was told it would have to be taken care of the next day, or I could call 911. Very unfriendly and crabby.

Machine stopped working on Friday afternoon, they sent a nice young lady up with new Machine on Friday evening. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you so much.
