My husband had an appointment with Heather Edwards at 2818 Old Dawson Rd. Suite 1, Albany, Ga. He was there to get a new C-PAP machine. She was so nice, personable and above all else knowledgeable. She made our appointment very pleasant because she thoroughly explained the new machine and definitely educated us on all aspects of a C-PAP machine. Heather is the kind of person that makes a company rise above all others. Thank You, Heather Edward’s at Lincare, Albany, Ga.

First night of use and now my throat is sore and I was aware of it all night so not much sleep. This morning I could not get the thing to shut off. Pushed all the buttons. It flashed red lights and beeped loudly. Finally had to unplug . Too much of a hassle.

Worst medical-type company I've ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot since I spent my entire career in the medical industry! Some of the highlights: They've refused to supply me (the customer) with billing statements to show what they've billed to my insurance...and EOBs from my insurance company reveal lots of charges for cpap supplies that were never ordered or received...that's billing fraud! Six months in and I've still not been measured a single time in order to find a mask that actually fits! They won't return my calls, won't respond to emails, etc! WORST COMPANY EVER (at least in the Alamosa, CO area)...AVOID!!!

I want to thank the people in the office as well as my regular delivery driver for supplies in the Newburgh, New York office. They have always been helpful for me and very courteous. My Dr sent a request for an ox2 concentrator and within a few days it was delivered. My driver is a great person always friendly and so helpful. The office staff has through the years have always responded well to my requests. Once again, I would like to thank them all for the service level they have provided me with. :)

My service was great and the delivery was fantastic. Alberto was fantastic and super helpful. Megan was great on getting the order completed quickly and it was delivered so quickly. Thank you guys so much for getting this set up!

This company is a total Joke. In January I've returned the CPAP and cancelled all their services. Until now, every single month, they take money from my credit card for supplies that have been cancelled. Every month I call the billing office, have to explain same thing over and over, they promise that my money will be returned till the end of the week but guess what till now nothing has been returned! Total scam, people don't use this company

I was referred to American HomePatient which is a Lincare company. They set me up with a sleep apnea machine with a nasal mask that won’t stay in place. I pulled a full face mask out of my closet that is at least 10 years old and used it a few times and saw it worked. I quit using the machine a week and a half ago hoping insurance will call me to see why I’m out of compliance so I can fully tell them. Emails to the local office, apparently the regional office, to Lincare themselves and tried calling the local office. All American HomePatient care about is filing a claim, take the money and run. No patient care.

I've never seen a company with such horrible customer service. I'm moving and I can't even get through to them to come pick up their equipment that I am no longer using. I have notified their main office and they supposedly messaged the local office but no one has contacted me in 20 days. Now I'm on hold for 22 minutes trying to get hold of them & I guarantee you that when they finally come to the phone after my wait the call will get disconnected. That has happened a number of times. HORRIBLE!!!

Last week I had a delivery of E tanks, delivered to my house. The techician called me in the am and gave a eta of when he would at my house. About 10 minutes before in reached my home , he called again, I thought to my self, thats good communication, he arrived and exchanged tanks, right away I saw that he was well groomed and very polite, asked me how my equipment was working, wow , this is great service.

The WeCare program is a farce.There was no follow through with the complaint. Was put on hold 5 times and then shifted to the the manager with whom I had the complaint. Policies are not clear. After over 20 years of being their customer, I will be giving my business to another company.

Getting better. Alberto, the delivery man is MY face of the company and HE is very helpful and does everything in his power to make it a good experience! That man deserves to be recognized!!

I have a defective Oxygen Concentrator and called Lincare yesterday Morning Thursday March 13, 2025. I was told a new Concentrator would be delivered today. I have not received new equipment. I'm 80 years old and on Oxygen 24/7. Lincare is the worst company to deal with. Customer Service is disgusting. This is the 2nd time I've had equipment issues and both times dealing with Lincare has been a nightmare.

If I could give a zero I would. Incompetent is an understatement. Once again delivery did not show up. Office staff is rude and clueless. The respiratory specialist is the only one that seems to know anything . They get away with this because they are the only supplier that is available throughout the US and only ones with niv's available. If you have the option do not use this supplier

My first visit was to be fitted with and learn how to use the CPAP . I have many disappointing memories after that. The Modesto facility is ugly, dirty and uninviting. I immediately had problems with the mask. Knowing it could take time to adjust, I waited a bit before contacting the local representative. Every time I attempted contact with said representative, he was either out of the office, with a client or away from his desk. I waited a week knowing how “busy” he is and finally called again to leave another message. Finally he called back left a message. When I immediately tried calling back he was again not available. Finally we spoke after two weeks of waiting for advice to relieve the pain I was experiencing. I spoke with the Lincare supply person to ask to hold off on delivery of more supplies yet they were sent to me any way. I consequently lost use of the Machine and have to start over with the process and prescription for a CPAP. I certainly would never recommend nor ask for the service from this unprofessional establishment. Try to find a different company if possible. That is of course unless you enjoy being dismissed and treated poorly.
