They don’t pay attention when you give them your address. This includes the driver. I had to call back at least 6x with the correct address. And then you get excuses. Do they know there a medical supply store? They don’t act like the people who need their supplies aren’t sick. It took two days to get my breathing mask and tubing.

Worst fricking company in the world. Never had this problem with SuperCare for my CPAP Supplies. These idiots just throw sh*t in a box and ship it to you. When you call them to get things corrected, no one knows anything and directs you to someone else or a different department. I just spent two hours of my life and went nowhere and accomplished NADA! Wish I could give zero stars. Been going through this for a year now.

This company is incompetent, use AeroCare instead! They ignore doctor’s prescriptions and never get back to the Dr or patient for anything. I’ve had 3 orders put in to them over a four month period. The first order was ignored for two months. Second was never filled. Last one I spoke to a young woman who informed me that my diagnosis did not warrant oxygen overnight. When I asked if they had reached out to the doctor I was told a SALES REP would go visit the doctor about it. I spoke with my doctor office who then sent my Rx to AeroCare and I received a call back within an hour, and the machine delivered the next day. Do not use this place.

Lincare is a great company to work with the Office Staff is great! Andy delivered the Nebulizer today made sure we understood how to use it before he left such a pleasant experience, couldn't ask for better Customer Service. Thank you Lincare for all you do for us.

Terrible company for enteral supplies. Emergency number was unhelpful. Made changing enteral companies impossible. Would give zero stars.

Lincare is the most awful company to deal with. If there is any other option for someone to take, trust me (take it) do not deal with this place. Trust me I’m not one to normally write anything or talk about any body or company but this place is awful. I’m to the point now of getting a lawyer to try and get my money back that they charged me and shouldn’t have. I’ve been over 6 months now of them supposably going to put the money back in my account and they still haven’t. Constant run around

Worst server in albuquerque new mexico lincare. Put orders in three weeks ahead for oxygen concentrator and tanks before trip. When I got to hotel my supplies where not there. I called them. There answer was we don't have a driver to bring your stuff. If you what then you come to office to get them I said that not going to happen. I'm 77 years old and can hardly get around and they what me to pick it up. Finally I called there office in Florida. They got it straight. Now when it was time to leave .I called them to pick the stuff up. Again there answer was we don't have anyone to pick the concentrator and air tanks up. This is crazy how albuquerque lincare treat people. SMH

Im warning you do use LinCare …I was lied to several times about what my Insurance would allow I paid out of pocket for years still wasnt eligible for the equipment I wanted year after they would make promises and then come up with another excuse …I finally switched companies getting everything I need and Insurance is Covering it! I feel so Blessed that I have an Amazing Company now!!!

There’s not enough praise in the world to encapsulate the service provided to my Mom. Lincare has literally been “life saving.” They’re quite attentive to her needs (ensuring her supplies are substantial, providing support when needed, and customer service). I appreciate their support and their willingness to be a part of my Mom’s health team!

Lincare is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 80 hours on the phone attempting to straighten out my bills and invoices. I would be more than happy to pay my bill once they can itemize and show me what they are billing me for. Most calls have taken at least an hour and sometimes over two. Two invoices showed that they billed me for items that sent incorrectly. After ten hours of calls to return and get the correct consumables I gave up and just ordered what I needed and paid out of my pocket. I was sent to collections for a past un-itemized bill. I spoke with the agent at the collection agency and voiced my concerns Lincare’s billing me without an itemized invoice. I then went over my notes including the dates, times and conversations with Lincare representatives. The collections agent said I’m not surprised and this is wrong and that he would make notes and send everything back to Lincare. I waited two months without hearing from Lincare so I attempted (multiple times again) to get an itemized bill and pay it. I was told by a Lincare representative that the had a computer problem early in the year (2023) and they were unable to supply me with a itemized bill but I owe the money. I’m finished with this company. Think twice before you do any business with them and keep notes. At this point I’m more than happy to hire representation and see what a judge thinks about a company and how they can continually waste my time. I feel I should be able to bill them for the amount of effort I have put into this. LINCARE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THIS FASION.

First of all the company is based in Georgia and you cant talk to a real person without a half hour or more wait. Second is that are only hear for the money and dont care about customers I showed up 15 min early to pick up a C-Pap, out of respect. I waited a half hour to be seen. I just about walked out after saying hello! The problem was they were having remote repair to the computer and had to respond to the guy working on it. I guess it takes two people to handle the task? Go with Fairview Med Ctr for your Medical Supply's!!!

The worse service ever from a medical provider. Wrong equipment. You have to call corporate office. And file an executive complaint to just get them to help. Then they stated we don’t have the mask. But once I stated I’m calling corporate The mask. Seconds later appears. They don’t care if you are suffering due to not having your equipment. They are not truthful. And after I paid for machine. They still want payments. I’m going to call My state senator Josh Hawley.

Called on Monday for oxygen order & was informed my order would not be filled till after the Christmas holiday (Dec 25th). This was not a problem as I plan ahead. On the 24th I got a text message stating my driver was on the way but of course he wasn't. Twice in December the oxygen order I placed was not entered into the computer after not receiving a notification text the next day I would call the office the next day & they would call the driver with my order! These problems can easily be a SUPERVIORY problem!!! My driver is simply outstanding & if not for him my rateing would be lower!

Never ever use this company for any medical equipment needs The worst and I mean the worst company you’ll ever deal with as they continue to lie have incompetent and uneducated people working for them Constantly proving wrong equipment and constantly lying that they’ll take care of it which never happens This has been going over 3 months cancelled the contract and they continue to bill both me and Medicare People you’ve been warned also read reviews on this company as people say pretty much the same things Jeff P Peoria, AZ

This company is a scam. Terrible customer service. I have two insurance coverage. Lincare never send claim to insurance company, instead send me $450 bill for CPAP, the reason: the usage does not reach threshold. I call 3 times ask help because unable to use properly in the night. Only receive one call back, told me to call my doctor. Then receive a nasty letter, told me to call my doctor for the issue I have, and keep telling me they will bill me I am not going to pay a penny, if you want to sue me, go ahead. I'd be more than happy let the court to hear this, if you want to send the bill to collector, go ahead.

They knowingly sent the wrong size headgear for a CPAP. When I called they said the company no longer makes the size I was using. Had to send everything back and find new company.

I was having trouble with my portable machine. Levi came right over to solve my problem. Even though it was close to 5.00 PM the day before Christmas Eve he went out of his way to secure me a new machine. Thank you Levi and Lincare.
