I am new to LiveFit, and have had about 3 meals now, and would like to say I am very impressed with the quality of the food! I ordered the Keto meal plan. The meals have tasted great! I am very happy with how satisfied I am after the meals as well. I would say though, that the containers that the meals come in are pretty poor. They warp in the microwaves, and one of them came cracked and broken open when I got my delivery. Besides the containers though, I am very pleased and would recommend this service to others!

The food so far tastes amazing and it arrived on time, despite a snow storm. I am overall really happy with it. The only issue is that I found a hair in one of the meals - Cauliflower Mac n cheese. All the other meals have been very good.

Love the convenience of this service. Love that I can just heat from frozen and it's got everything there, protein, veg, etc. The majority of the meals were tasty. I know now what I like and can ask specifically for those meals when order. Great service over all.

Good selection but would benefit with new meals. Quality and quantity per meal has gone slightly down in last year but still flavorful and appetizing.

I like the food. The portions are great! I just didn’t like how there was cauliflower in almost every meal. If you could have a variety of vegetables it would be much better.

We just started them - cooking instructions are not on packages and we had 3 packages open from broken plastic - we through them out. Thank you Julia

I got the Keto package, the sausage dishes were my favourite. I was disappointed that my plastic covers were broken, worried about keeping it fresh. Not sure if it's because I had them stacked one on top of the other. I will order again, thank you.

Food is good and very convenient. The only complaint I have is the use of maybe a tad too much plastic. Customer support is amazing with this company too. Highly recommend

The meals are good. The delivery is on time. It just seems a little pricey (the delivery fee). And the “extra meat” option has too much meant and not enough flavor.

The food is fresh and was delivered on time. The entire family is able to enjoy the meals I can rest easy knowing they are eating a healthy meal.

Hello, First off I was happy with the delivery time it was 12hrs late but we had a pretty major snow storm so I was impressed with that. The food showed up fresh. I ordered 12 meals froze a few. The others did not keep in the fridge as long as advertised, that being said I wouldn't eat a meat dinner on day 5 anyway. Over all not bad will likely put on another order.

Livefit has the best food for any meal prep I have ever tried. The reason I have given them four stars instead of 5 stars is their customer service is poor. There has been times I try to inquireabout one product that was damaged in shipping and they rarely ever respond.

Loving the meals i had only a couple i wasnt of fan of but thats just me being a little picky the only thing i dont like is that everytime i take the plastic of the containers the plastic on the bottom breaks i would love to see more containers with lids just incase i dont finish my food right away. Order is always on time packed nicely and fresh.

If they improved their subscription process (so I could change meals more easily), they would get 5 stars all day. Keep up the good work LiveFit, and just change that process!!

I found the food to be very good except for the beef dishes so far, the beef is chewy, the chicken dishes and soups are good!!!

I’m on a Keto diet. Decided to try the LiveFit food delivery Keto specific diet. It is NOT close to being Keto compatible. The Pros are the service. The order shipped on time, was packaged superbly and even had a hand written personal welcome message on the box. The cons. Way too many carbs for Keto and it kicked me straight of ketosis. Getting back is a challenge to say the least. Not enough fat content for Keto either and the sodium levels are off the scale at 550g in one of the meals. Packaging labels are hard to read and you have to down load an app for cooking instructions. I’m stuck with 10 meals and a soup I can’t use while in Ketosis. A waste of a lot of money.

This past week was my first order. 5 out of 10 meals had the packaging damaged. I called immediately as the food had leaked and I was concerned for the safety of the food. I called the number and they directed me to email hello@livefitfoods.ca. When I emailed the pictures of the damaged packages, I was disappointed in the response. It was a cut and paste response to me. The response was for someone who had been with them awhile. I emailed back and had to indicate this was my first order and I am a new customer. I was quite disappointed in the Initial email, but the 2nd email indicated they would credit my credit card doe the amount of the 5 meals that were damaged and they genuinely apologized for messing up the order. The food does taste good and I'll give them 1 more chance. If the next delivery is damaged, then I will cancel the service. It's disappointing to read the reviews and that for the last 7 months they have had packaging problems. Perhaps this company is about acquiring the customer, but not retaining them. That's not a good business model and many start ups are no longer here based on that model. We will see. I'm hoping for the best. It's a very convenient service. Better care in packaging must be attained to ensure the quality of the food.
