“If they improved their subscription process (so I could change meals more easily), they would get 5 stars all day. Keep up the good work LiveFit, and just change that process!!”

“The website is a bit slow, but I’ve managed to figure out that if I go to “All Meals” and just order A-la-cart, that works best for me. Then I don’t have to deal with cancelling and reordering my subscription. Otherwise, I love the convenience and I like the food. There is SO MUCH selection so I don’t get bored.”

“LiveFit is super convenient. Everyone should try it mostly because you’ll realize how amazing it is to have food in your fridge, THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO COOK. This seems simple, but it’s life changing. I work from home, and I want to stay semi consistent with my diet, and LiveFit is perfect for that.”

“Customer Service is awful and rude. I have started ordering with them and due to these issues stoped while back. Two month ago decided to restart giving them a chance but proven unworthy. The website is poorly designed, specifically the cal date selection. It vanishes when trying to select a date or never get loaded. I have tried moving forward without a date and system selected a date far in the future (10days wait time!). The other time I selected a date and system updated that to the next available when order was placed. Reached out to customer service "we know issue with our cal but it is out of our control. Works for 75% of clients! We are planning to change it in the future." The Pros: food taste is not bad, quality just above average, variety, umm, well a lot but almost all are the same with small variations. Recommendation: try somewhere else!”

“Amazing taste and ingredients! Love that I can order but still have gourmet and unique meals. The customer service is great and whoever is working at head office is clearly innovative LOL! They come up with amazing ideas. I also buy grocery from them because they carry brands I cant get in my local grocery store :)”

“I have found LiveFit to be super convenient, the delivery is always good (they call you when they arrive), price is reasonable (especially if you order more meals), and the items are always packaged with extra bubble wrap + ice packs. I would recommend!”

“These meals are so perfect! Feels just like I made them at home, whole ingredients that you feel about eating! I rush home to eat when I know I have them waiting in my fridge - when otherwise I’d stop to pick something up, or order delivery. The taste is great and I power through eating them, unlike some other delivery food options where it feels like you have to force it down. LiveFit has figured out the perfect balance of health and taste! You should 100% try them!”

“LiveFit meals are great! They are great flavour, size, and freshness especially for the price point. The have a ton of choices; my favourite are the Chicken Shawarma and cabbage rolls. They come very nicely packed and delivered directly to my door, and I also usually add a few grocery items which I love. I also love that they have 3 deliveries per week, which is much different than most other prepared meal companies, because I like to order around my schedule. Keep up the good work LiveFit!”

“I put down for a once a month subscription and they try to send orders every week. The food on second order was not as good as first. Yes they said I would get refunds on food not sent but it doesn't show refund. They have a horrible site. Avoid, avoid.”

“Gina and Cassie are both dishonest pieces of work. I was asking for help with their AWFUL website. I know everyone imagines the customer who complains as something else, but I legitimately just said, I'm having trouble loading the date picker and Gina told me "Well, it just works for me", so after a few refreshes, it finally loads, I didn't tell her how useless her response was. The next page is where you fill in your information and there is a newsletter signup box, with the box already checked, which is illegal in Canada. I told Gina, I work in marketing and this isn't allowed, expecting her to say, "oh, I'll have someone look into it" but instead she says, don't worry, just uncheck, everyone does this. At that moment, I knew I was dealing with a dishonest company. The kicker is the response I got from Cassie hours later, see the screenshot”

“Clueless customer service sends annoying cut and paste answers that don't address the issues. Ok Taste. Portions slightly small but acceptable. Overall, too expensive for the product. Ordered KETO meals and received 8 cans of a sugary drink as a bonus... clueless.”
