I didn’t like the texture or taste when I used it for pizza. I followed the recipe to the letter but was disappointed.

Many thanks for taking the time to ask my opinion on your recently sampled Lo-Dough I decided before writing this review that I should at least make a comparison… So I took 2 thin slices of Jabba The Hut (he’s been dead since 1983 so suitably cured) making sure to season with a light dusting of bat guano (Fruit not Microbat) which I placed in the pan and added 1 glass of Mongolian pigmy hippo pee (Cold not Warm) and then brought to a slow simmer remembering to turn occasionally. After a short while I added one bottle of milk of magnesia and seasoned with the shaved bum hair from a Glaswegian docker and a small dash of Wombat snot. Once satisfied I severed the offering on to one crisp Rhubarb leaf that had been kicked around the floor of the Clapham Junction ladies (Not Gents) toilet for a week. It was with deep sadness that I can confirm the dish above tasted 100 times better than the Lo-Dough athough I am sure opinions may vary…. I am now off to scrape the lino from the floor of our 70 year old outside privy as all I have in the house is my remaining Lo-Dough and this talk of food is making me peckish. Thanks for taking the time to ask,

If I could have given this 0/5 I would. If you have tastebuds and enjoy food, do not buy! Even when covered with toppings, it was absolutely vile! Worthy only of the bin. Definitely will not be buying again.

I thought the produce was terrible! Like eating cardboard. And rediculously expensive. I will not be buying it again. Please remove me details from your file. I have already unsubscribed and don't know why I'm still receiving more emails from you after this.

I really tried to like this product I tried it as wraps and pizza but I personally don't like it...the texture is awful and it taste chemically and left an awful taste in my mouth. The product itself is expensive if it was nice it would be worth it but unfortunately I didn't like it at all.

Tried it as a wrap; dry and didn’t work.

Virtually inedible. Almost exactly the same texture and taste as a foam mattress. I tried so hard - in the end only used 2 out of the 14 pack - £20+ wasted.

Hi Frank, Sincere apologies for this, we've been in touch and have now resolved the issue. Please let us know if you require any additional information. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

Awful taste / texture! Closer to cardboard or foam rather than ‘bread like’. Not worth the hype! Not filling at all - very disappointing.

Hi Helen, We'd love to help you have a better Lo-Dough experience. It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't go like cardboard or foam. Please, can we talk to you about how you used Lo-Dough and explain where we think you might've gone wrong? We'd love to hear from you. Please respond with your email address or drop me an email on hello@lodough.co Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

Just thought product well over priced for what it was, purchased it as a healthy alternative for wraps, however they tasted awful, and on reflection I would have been better off purchasing 2 packets ( equivalent to the amount of lo-dough wraps) of weight watchers wraps for £2.00. Advised ladies in my group to stay well clear of this product.

Hi Diane, Thanks for your feedback. Lo-Dough took 2 years to develop, uses expensive premium quality ingredients and is produced using an incredibly complicated and time-consuming production process. Each batch taking 8 hours to make. We feel all this goes to make Lo-Dough a truly revolutionary product with a nutritional composition, texture and shelf life unlike anything else on the market. The price is in no way deliberately set to make Lo-Dough inaccessible to people, it is simply the result of how much it costs to produce. We are working tirelessly to find ways to reduce our production costs so we can bring the price down, and we have successfully brought the price down by 7% since launching and now offer subscriptions of big boxes at a further 15% reduction. We are dedicated to bringing our product to a larger market and reducing price is at the core of this strategy. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

Hi Michelle, Thanks for letting us know your thoughts, it's really hard to please everyone. Many people absolutely love Lo-Dough and a few seem to dislike it. It appears we have a Marmite product on our hands. Are you sure you used it correctly? What did you make? We'd love to help you love Lo-Dough like so many other people do, pop us an email over at hello@lodough.co and we'll certainly try our best to help! Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

A great idea but unfortunately it’s terrible :( straight out the packet it has a plastic/styrofoam vibe going and when “cooked” it that’s like actual cardboard. A real bummer tbf as I was hoping for more... This is to ‘Dough’ as plasticine is to Pasta 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 £25 smackers down the drain.
