In order to return a 47$ dress I have to spend $27 to mail it to the UK. Apparently they don’t accept returns in the country where you purchased it.

Terrible return policy . Ordered boots in November, they were too big returned and still no refunds! It’s now March .,Had an email saying they had received the return over 2 weeks ago . Will NEVER order or recommend them . Completely unsatisfied customer!! Out $200 Canadian $$😰😰

Before being bought out, this company was a go to for me. The clothes were of good quality, customer service was very accommodating and shipping was often free. My recent experience has been the worst and they clothes mediocre, at best. It takes weeks to get your merchandise, they charge you a foreign transfer fee, it takes damn near a month plus to return merchandise and get a refund, and you cannot speak to customer service EVER. Just a series of links to send emails. I will NEVER order anything from Long Tall Sally again.

These reviews are completely right. Oh my God. I was going crazy wondering why my stuff hasn't come for so long, trying to contact them, I can't believe this. I'm calling my bank. I hope they can do something. I used to go to their store in the mall and buy from them offline. I stopped for a few years now I've come back to this? What the heck....

Can't believe how much and how fast the quality and design/style of LTS clothes has gone down since the take over. U.G.L.Y. The majority of my wardrobe is LTS and I wanted more. Devastated by the brand's decline. Where to now for clothes for a 6' lass? Cant stay here.

I returned a coat to the exact address it came from, no refund… out $182.00 Canadian dollars… I will never ever wear their clothing again… this is fraud at its finest. Fair warning to everyone🙁

Nobody is going back to LTS. I hope their sales drop drastically because of the switch. I knew the decline was coming when I saw the site sell ugly ass clown pants and matching dress in the same pattern. I’m sad and disappointed that now I have to scramble to find clothes that fit me properly.

I had no idea the sizes on the site defaulted to UK. As I’d indicated my shopping was destined for Canada, it never occurred to me the sizing would be for the UK. Now I’m stuck with $150 worth of clothing and my daughter doesn’t get the birthday gift I ordered more than a month ago.

I bought (4) pull over sweaters and am really disappointed with the sizing. Without exaggeration, two people could fit in each of the sweaters. Unfortunate too, that LTS eliminated customer item reviews because the cost of the return is high. Sad to see the decline. LTS was my source of clothing for decades.

Paid $70 (US) for a pair of jeans that took over two weeks to get to me, and weren’t even denim; but some sort of cheap poly-blend fabric that you could read the newspaper through. On a positive note, they were true to size, but are more like leggings than jeans. Save your money, and go to the Wal Mart, or bargain barn, you can get the same pants, made of the same paper thin material for $20 a pair. Way overpriced and shipping time is way too long!

This is not only the worse experience and service, it should go to the ombudsman. I ordered several items in November only 2 items fit or were anything like what I ordered. I returned all the rest of the items on Dec 12/21 and it cost me $89 to return the parcel. I still have not received the credit for the over $300 credit and today is Jan 31/22. The sweater that did fit, I kept, was an $80 sweater and it is the cheapest quality sweater I have ever owned, it is pilling under the arms and after gentle washes (only item in washer) it is now pilling all over. Totally disappointing.

More than a month ago I ordered a trousers but I have not received anything, even after several emails. I keep getting the same answer and that seems like a computerized answer The old LTS was much better in all respects!

Same as other reviewers. Size charts really far off. A nightmare when trying to return a few items. When attempting to return said items-they gave me a UK address which I live in the United States. I told them that I sent a return back 2 months ago to a US address for Long Tall Sally and there was not a problem. They will not give me that address again-and insist that they are a UK company and that all returns have to be sent to the UK. It will cost $90 to send back the clothes…I’m sure this is how they get out of doing returns for United States customers at all. Buyer beware.

I have shopped at long tall sally for over 30 years, but since they have been online only, the quality of the clothing and styling is very poor. So sad that a great company has let their standards fall so far. Sadly they have lost my loyalty.

Customer service is awful. They don't respond. And are completely unhelpful when they finally do after 5 emails and messages. Maybe like me you did not realize that ALL their stores in the US closed down. So if you have returns you cannot go to the store. You will have to mail it. Oh, and they fail to tell you that despite having a NY clearing house, they require you to send it to UIK, and to send such a package was going to be $80, half of what I paid for the clothing. I was going to do it anyway just because I am so angry that they are deceptive, but the rep at the shipping store said the address supplied by the company is not even valid. I have repeatedly asked to send the package to their NY address which would cost maybe $10 but they don't respond. And I am quite sure they would not allow it since their shipping information indicates it has to go to UK Why am I returning the items? Because everything is huge- much larger than they should be. So exasperating. Buyer beware. You will eat anything you can't wear.

Would make this review zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 29th and got the tracking in on the 30th. Then nothing happened and I mean NOTHING. Order stuck in transit probably still to this day. I tried reaching out to every link on their confirmation email and finally was directed by their global shipping partner to a customer service email. Got a few robot replies then nothing zero. Maybe they blocked me for too many attempts or typing in ALL caps - which they desire. I have no idea if I'll ever get the order but it's doubtful. To their credit I was issued a refund but again no communication.

Since they changed the "owners" its been awful...poor quality! At least before you use to get amazing quality for the price you paid...now you get see through leggings for 90$...super disappointing

Dreadful dreadful clothes. Quality is appalling as is style or should I say lack of it. Some of the clothes wouldn't even make good duster rags. Do not waste your money. This is not long tall Sally. It's a disgrace.

The only reason I have it one star, is b/c there isn't negative stars. It took forever to receive a dress. Not good quality and fit weird. It took me forever to get a response for the return. I took it to ups to return it and it costs more to send back then what the dress costs. I do not recommend them, nor will I buy from them again!
