I have shopped at long tall sally for over 30 years, but since they have been online only, the quality of the clothing and styling is very poor. So sad that a great company has let their standards fall so far. Sadly they have lost my loyalty.

Customer service is awful. They don't respond. And are completely unhelpful when they finally do after 5 emails and messages. Maybe like me you did not realize that ALL their stores in the US closed down. So if you have returns you cannot go to the store. You will have to mail it. Oh, and they fail to tell you that despite having a NY clearing house, they require you to send it to UIK, and to send such a package was going to be $80, half of what I paid for the clothing. I was going to do it anyway just because I am so angry that they are deceptive, but the rep at the shipping store said the address supplied by the company is not even valid. I have repeatedly asked to send the package to their NY address which would cost maybe $10 but they don't respond. And I am quite sure they would not allow it since their shipping information indicates it has to go to UK Why am I returning the items? Because everything is huge- much larger than they should be. So exasperating. Buyer beware. You will eat anything you can't wear.

Would make this review zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 29th and got the tracking in on the 30th. Then nothing happened and I mean NOTHING. Order stuck in transit probably still to this day. I tried reaching out to every link on their confirmation email and finally was directed by their global shipping partner to a customer service email. Got a few robot replies then nothing zero. Maybe they blocked me for too many attempts or typing in ALL caps - which they desire. I have no idea if I'll ever get the order but it's doubtful. To their credit I was issued a refund but again no communication.

Since they changed the "owners" its been awful...poor quality! At least before you use to get amazing quality for the price you paid...now you get see through leggings for 90$...super disappointing

Dreadful dreadful clothes. Quality is appalling as is style or should I say lack of it. Some of the clothes wouldn't even make good duster rags. Do not waste your money. This is not long tall Sally. It's a disgrace.

The only reason I have it one star, is b/c there isn't negative stars. It took forever to receive a dress. Not good quality and fit weird. It took me forever to get a response for the return. I took it to ups to return it and it costs more to send back then what the dress costs. I do not recommend them, nor will I buy from them again!

The new Long Tall Sally doesn't really deserve any stars. I wish I had read the reviews before. I have recently received an order of cheap clothes and tried to return them. This is almost impossible. I followed their directions exactly. And, still can't get a refund. Try to find another vendor. LTS is no longer a place to deal with.

I have been a customer for many years. Initially, the clothes were spot on: fashionable, well-made and reasonable as regards value for money. Over the years, I've seen many iterations and attempts at changing. Since I left the UK at some point, I had to mainly rely on mail order. Unfortunately, the sizes became increasingly erratic (my own size/weight remained constant!) and I had to send things back all the time. At the same time, the fabrics became cheaper and increasingly man-made, with patterns that were frankly ugly and unsuitable for tall frames. Add to that the unflattering cuts, with badly-executed stitching and the prizes, that were a rip-off for the quality. A few times, the fabric even smelled so terrible, that I didn't even try on my purchases, but send the whole lot back. In the end, I bought only a couple of essentials and otherwise moved on to other vendors. I was pleased when I read about the recent take-over. Unfortunately, matters have become even worse. Polyester fabrics and trashy-looking outfits such as one finds in the nastiest high-street stores. The clothes don't even look good on the models! The prices themselves might have become cheaper, that's true, but it still is far from value for money. I really miss LTS classy and classic looks that people over the age of 40 can wear to work. Despite my misgivings, I have purchased a few times from the new LTS, but ended up sending almost everything back. The process of returns used to be simple and quick. It is now unnecessarily difficult, long-winded, slow and rather opaque. I shall now finally remove myself from the mailing list, since I do not see myself buying anything from LTS in the foreseeable future.

Horrible Customer Service. The customer service phone number they have listed is not in order. I returned 2 pairs of boots more than 2 months ago and have yet to be credited. I am unable to reach anyone and I am frustrated. This company is definitely not the LTS from years ago. They have deteriorated and are untrustworthy. I would think twice before dealing with them.

Just not the same quality since being sold. I have shopped with them for years...was rarely disappointed and I've purchased some of everything--coats, jackets, pants, dresses, sweaters, blouses, jeans etc. I've decided not to try again since the material is cheap....and the whole return process is convoluted and not worth my time and energy. This is so unfortunate since finding clothing for tall women is not always the easiest. Anyway I am experimenting with other retailers and feeling optimistic!

I stopped using LTS because their clothes are dated and poor quality, plus their customer service in and out of store is dreadful. Added to all this, I UNSUBSCRIBED to LTS (online) well over a year ago, and YET ... they are STILL sending me marketing emails. This proves a) they are desperate for any sale at any cost b) their in-house admin is atrocious c) their believe they are above GDPR rulings and law !! LTS STOP EMAILING ME ... and also .... BUYER BEWARE !!! This store was OK about 20 years ago, but now it is simply awful. In EVERY way.

Since they sold quality, service, return policy, customer service and everything has gone down hill. Made a purchase and the quality of shirts was horrendous for the price I paid. Cheap fabric and less quality than K-Mart. Went to go return them and it took months of me contacting them via email and trying to call. Finally got my money back after several months. Horrible customer service and no one to talk to if you can even find a US phone number. Beware: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

They don't answer questions submitted online from their website. I sent 2 requests and heard nothing back. Their online chat help is open only during my nighttime hours (I live in Canada) and even when I did get up at 3AM to chat, they did not answer my question as to whether or not I could send a return to Canada because returns have to be sent to the UK! That costs a fortune. They make no mention of this anywhere on their site unless it's hidden somewhere. Why not have locations in Canada for refunds? The sizes are larger than the counterparts here in North America, and yes, I used their sizing chart. That's another thing. Getting to the North American size chart takes persistence and patience, even though you know I'm in Canada as you display the red maple leaf next to my name. I went through quite the performance on this last order and I sure don't want to repeat it, nor can I afford it. I see by other reviews they won't be in business that much longer. It's a shame as we need a clothing line we can depend on.

If I could give LTS negative stars I would. This is one of the ONLY companies that makes clothing that fits tall women, and they should be ASHAMED of their business practices. There are no free returns, customers must pay to return items. Exchanges do not exist, at all. The sizing guide is not accurate. I used the sizing guide to determine what size to order and the product I received is not anywhere close to what is listed. I attempted to reach out to customer service and was basically told to stuff it. Save your money, find another company. Don't buy from LTS, you will regret it I promise.

I ordered Silver jeans in Size 28 and received a size 32. I reached out to their customer service and they asked me to send a photo of the size on the tag. I’ve done this and it has been a week and still no response regarding a refund. I read many similar experiences from others with sizing and return issues. I fear I will be stuck with these huge pants. I would not recommend ordering online from this company any longer.

I did not receive a return slip inside my package and I cannot get ahold of customer service. The sizes are way bigger then U.S sizes and I even went onto the U.S size chart. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Since LTS was sold the quality of clothing is garbage and customer service is non existent. I purchased 2 pair of jeans the style and size were the same as in the past. I was stunned at the poor quality and the sizing is way off. I don’t recommend buying from this company will never buy another item.
