I am so shocked and disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have spoken to 4 different people today, and one agent lastnight and still my delivery is yet to be rectified. Each agent told me something different. I have been majorly inconvenienced and unsatisfied. I will not be recommending your services to any of my clients. Firstly, my package was damaged during dispatch (29 March) which is fine - accidents happen, however it stated estimated delivery 30 March and that was still fine. I reached out to your live chat last night ( 30 March as I had not received my package and saw that no further update had been added – which I found peculiar - and spoke with an agent through your ‘live chat’ option. I emphasised how urgent this product was to arrive for my livelihood and work, where I could now potentially lose a job over, and the agent assured me they had notified the courier of the urgency. I was happy with that and then received a message from an agent saying it would only arrive tomorrow. I then spoke with 2 different agents this morning (31 March) – and I was told that delivery would be tomorrow (1 April) even though my profile still currently says 30 March est delivery. I asked what time tomorrow and was told that a courier would be in touch about a delivery time. I was majorly disappointed with this after stating several times how urgent these products were and that the products were already 2 days late. I expected my package to become ‘priority’ delivery as I had been inconvenienced as the customer and became quite stressed about the situation. It was too late to order an alternative replacement from another website. When I told the agent that I did not understand why my new package would not be delivered today/the same day ( 31 March) as I had already paid for “next day” delivery and it was already 2 days late and after especially stating how urgent my products were. I was told by the agent that I only paid next day delivery and not 'same day delivery' – which I found completely inappropriate, and out of line to say to the customer when the product was already delayed after being damaged to no fault of mine and nothing was being done to rectify the situation. I then asked what the extra cost would be as I was willing to pay it immediately - (I even offered to collect the parcel myself or change the delivery address to be closer to the warehouse if necessary). The agent then proceeded to tell me that ‘same day delivery’ is actually not a service that you offer. Shocking. I would expect as a disgruntled customer who urgently needs your assistance that Lookfantastic would do everything in their power to keep customers happy and that you would arrange same day delivery somehow, no matter what it took after causing inconvenience and stress to avoid this escalation of unhappiness – losing me and many others as a customer, a terrible review etc. I was then asked if I wanted a replacement or refund after being told that the damaged one was being replaced which I found inconsistent with the information being relayed by agents and annoying as I had stated how many times that I urgently needed these products. I was then assured that a replacement would be on its way and arrive tomorrow – 1 April – by three of your agents. They all said 24 hours and by tomorrow 1 April. I stated that this would be too late for me but I was hoping that by some miracle – it would arrive in time. I was told that a courier would be in touch with a delivery time and had not heard anything all day. I reached out to the fourth agent tonight who said that the parcel will be with me in the next few days – I asked to clarify this as I was told several times – tomorrow. The agent stated that it could take up to 48 hours to arrive as the ‘next day delivery’ is only after dispatch which my new parcel has still not yet been dispatched. Disgraceful. Completely unacceptable. If I had been communicated with from Lookfantastic that there were some issues and delays then I would have made alternative arrangements and ordered ‘backup’ products. At this point, I don’t even know where the products are or when they will arrive by – my profile still states est 30 march which has already passed. I tried to ask twice for a customer relations contact number or email address, this was brushed off by one agent – the other agent said that someone would be in touch. I await to see if that really happens or not but I won’t hold my breath. I actually can't even carry on - the worst customer service possible.

I thought that Look Fantastic always had super offers. But that is not true - I bought an eyeshadow palette by Shiseido at 42 €, and found the same palette 11 € cheaper on douglas.de I never received the advertised beauty pouch, delivery of some items took some weeks. So, I'm quite disappointed.

THEY cancelled my order and told me I could either create a paypal account to get a refund or get store credit. But the items are full price now and I'd have to pay for shipping again!They won't just send me my order.

Worst company I have dealt with, tried to claim items were delivered, there is no telephone number to deal with - there is a particularly stupid child working there called Phoenix - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY! SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS! I ordered a Slip silk pillow case. Instead I got a cheap polyester pillow case delivered. Thankfully I know the difference in textiles. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from that website. I thought I'd save myself 20% discount. But its really not worth it. I went online and checked for reviews and it turned out I wasn't the first to get fake products. And it looks like I won't be the last. Now I'm horrified because I'm worried about skincare products I ordered from their website before and what they might do to my skin. Please stay away. I've attached photos that compare the original Slip pillow case ordered from the Slip website and the fake one from Lookfantastic.

Date ordered- 3/03/21 Delivery arrived- 28/03/21 Although I was on the lucky end of the spectrum, as I actually received my product, the whole ordeal was too vexing for me to bother ordering from the site again. Although they have great discounts, the services they offer to their customers are terrible. I bought all my products because they were listed as, in stock, and said that they would be able to dispatch them to me the very next day. But it didn't move out of the warehouse until the 12th and wasn't dispatched until the 18th. The cancellation systems they have in place are rubbish. I decided to cancel my products 5 days after dispatch, because of all the bad reviews I read, but then they charged my account saying they wouldn't be able to cancel because it already entered the dispatch process. This was incredibly disappointing because I had already ordered these products from another site, and it had even arrived before they charged my account. As a shipping company, I believe the services they have in place are mediocre and you're better off ordering from another site if you want your products to reach you faster. I am giving it one star purely because the products I ordered actually did arrive, and the whole site is not a scam.

Please do not buy anything from this awful company. I bought 10 products and only received 3 of them. Spent £304.00 and down by £180.00. keep getting fobbed off by automated responses.

Terrible service and delays over delays. My ordered stuck 2 month and they canceled because their system couldn’t proceed for some reason. What a weird answer!!!

Disaster !!!!! Send me shampoor and hair mask ( all open ) not sealed !!!!! Half empty !!!!!! Even olaplex oil is not sealed !!!! I have send 5 emails .. they are just ignoring me !!!!! Will never ever buy egain !!!!

3 orders lost in transit and very poor customer service. Being emailed told that replacements have been dispatched then being told days later that this was not the case. Very unclear responses from customer service.

Awful company, zero customer service and they only send you automated emails. I placed an order 2 months ago for 10 items, 1 item out of the 10 was shipped 1 month ago although I haven't received it yet. About the 9 other items I ordered ? Well, they tell me they will ship each item separately so at this rate I might I receive all 10 times in 2022 considering I haven't even received the 1 item they shipped a month ago. I tried to cancel the rest of my order but the cancel option on the website is useless, and their customer service only sends automated replies. I wish I had made researches about them before ordering, so many people have the same issue. Please don't give them your money, they are really the worst online shop out there, never had such a bad encounter like this.

ZERO STARS: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! This is a horrible company with abhorrent customer service that — from the customer's end — is basically nonexistent. I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received all the items I paid for and my requests for refunds have gone ignored. I have received only automated emails or human-initiated emails filled with canned responses that provide no additional information whatsoever. Do not walk, RUN AWAY as far as you can and as fast as humanly possible. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. TIP FOR CONSUMERS: Don't bother. I had hoped the low ratings were situational and explainable. They're not. This is a horrible horrible company that does not care about customers; all they want is your money. You may not even get the products you paid for in return. Just avoid. Nearly four months later, I have still only received 3 of the 5 items I paid for.

Absolutely awful site to order from !! Had a really bad experience from this site where they took money from our account for something we ordered and the transaction went through to our bank We then got an email to say it was shipped and on route ! It was a Mother’s Day gift and then few days later they emailed to say it can’t be shipped as wasn’t paid for !! Which it was and we have proof from the bank !! Looks like a scam going on here judging by some of the reviews!! Please be careful ordering from this company who take your money then tell you to pay again !! And the customer services is very unprofessional!! Not one bit helpful at all Keep well away from this site , go to a more reputable one !!

Counterfeit products - dont bother. I bought a Skinceutical SPF50 cream and it just didnt seems right when I got it. I checked on the official website and Lookfantastic is not an authorized reseller and it has many reviews of counterfeit products so save your money. there is nothing pissing me off more than this kind of companies.

Product never received. The tracking number never worked on the website. They refused to give refund (CAD$ 80) on the purchase and the policy on the website is unclear. Giving 0 STAR if I could.

Placed an order and the boxes were severely damaged. Some were slightly damp. A box was missing. 3 items were 3 months expired. After two weeks of emails they agrees to refund me 35% of the order and the cost of the expired items

Absolutely horrible, they lost my first order and getting a replacement required numerous emails and having to repeat my issue to multiple customer service agents. Once I finally got the replacement order weeks later, it was just a partial order. Had to deal with another round of frustrating messages to customer service. Still waiting for my order that was placed in January. Never going to purchase anything from this place again.
