“Beware of awful customer support service and scam with beauty boxes subscription! First due to not in time update of the data on the website and lack of proper support service, when during each contact they assign new manager who do not trace the issue and you have to repeat all issue from the start, I lost my beauty box and barely recieved refund after dozen of complains. Second , despite I turned off autorenewal and deleted payment card details , subscription was renewed for next 3 month period and now they say I can't cancelled it until the end of subscription term and will continue to be charged!!!!!! That's simply scam and violation of customers rights! The products that sells Lookfantastic are not unique and can be purchased in any other e-shop, better avoid them”

“Free gift scam . Total misrepresentation . Get you to order a certain amount by providing a great free gift , then don’t send it and cancel the order for it . I will be taking this further and have demanded a full refund and will be returning my other products .”

“I ordered around £100 worth of items during a lockdown and £45 were missing when delivered. As the items seemed pending online, I didn’t immediately contact the company (my fault) and then due to some personal circumstances didn’t follow up until after 40 days period to report issues. Unlike other online retailers I’ve used, there doesn’t seem to be a check on items despatched vs the order by the company with automatic refund or arrangement of a separate date. The customer has to chase. Products received were fine but no longer feel I can trust this service to proactively check the order before it goes out”

“I placed an order a month ago, right 3 mins after placing the order i tried to cancel and was told no the order is already processed and we can cancel the order. I had to wait for the shipment and it's been a month that I am emailing then to get a return lable and I am just getting random emails from them asking for the same information which i have provided and nothing yet. I dont recommend them at all.”

“Look fantastic customer service is the absolute worst. If you order with them you better hope your order arrives, if it doesn't they will do absolutely nothing for you but drive you mad with their ridiculous customer services.... They have frustrated me so much, I'm now at a stage I'm not even going to keep fighting for my money back because it's not worth the frustration.”

“Ordered 2 separate aftershaves. Both boxes arrived but one open & no aftershave in it. Customer services said not there problem as it left the warehouse. Delivery company said it wasn’t there problem as they just deliver. Very poor customer service e at Lookfantastic. They won’t reply to me & are extremely difficult to contact.”

“Scammers! Similar experience to many from what I see in the reviews. Wish I had read them sooner. I received a wrong product which they asked me to send back. Still waiting for a refund after a month. Useless customer service that keeps telling me how refund has been processed and closing the case. Avoid at all costs!”

“They sell products they don't have in stock, I waited for three weeks for my items to be shipped, so I tried to cancel which I was told they did. However, was later informed it was too late to cancel. The order arrived eventually without the free gift. Now I'm told I can't have the free gift as they had been cancelled...”

“awful service. delivery is advertised as 2-3 days. now here's the kicker, it's NOT 2-3 days from order, it's 2-3 days from whenever they decide to dispatch your item. so this can be whenever they want? days, weeks, whenever.”

“Absolutely the worst internet- based company I have ever dealt with. 1) I ordered the $499 Nuface Trinity Anniversary product that was to include all attachments, but they sent me the regular Trinity - no attachments. 2) No toll free number - have to use chat. Normally I am fine using chat, but 1st 2 agents would not speak with me because I did not recall that I registered via Facebook, and therefore, needed to give them my maiden name. They gave me no clues such as “if you used Facebook, consider what your name is on Facebook...” I am lucky I figured it out or wouldn’t have found anyone to explain situation to. 3)Courier never arrived on agreed upon date. Had to contact LF - they didn’t contact me - that the courier needed more time and 4) (and this is my favorite)...the courier did not show AGAIN. I contact LF - courier would not pick up bc they did not have the dimensions! I asked in my very first chat “can I return it in the box it came in?” Logic would tell them to contact their own shipping dept to get the box size. During chat they will just apologize like robots but won’t help you talk to anyone higher up. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they operate, they most likely have much more unethical things going on. I will be contacting Visa and Rakuten as well - anyone who will have real empathy.”

“I have received 2 of 3 products that I ordered. They came in a decent amount of time but I STILL have a problem with the third one after nearly TWO MONTHS of my order. After getting the two products, they sent me an email that they had a problem with the card that I NEVER PUT, I pay with PayPal LOL. They accepted all the necessary receipt that I sent, they ensured that it was ok and still didn't received anything since. I will never buy again, very disappointed.”

“Avoid at all costs I purchased the beauty box in December for my daughter, 3 months worth I am still being charged for further boxes as apparently its a rolling contract, you can only cancel every 3 months ! I have never heard of anything so misleading and obviously how they make their money I have contacted 4 times to get my money back and get fobbed off by standard replies This is the most corrupt, conning company I have dealt with Do not ever use”

“FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Used my NHS code for 22% and a complimentary lip gloss if I spent over £55 which I did. Lipgloss did not arrive and I was told many different reasons as to why it was my fault my free gift didn’t arrive. I finally got a credit note after days of dispute, when my credit note arrived I proceeded to buy the lip gloss which look fantastic cancelled a day later I assume this was cancelled as the lipgloss was discounted and yet again they made another mistake with there advertisement Disgusting!! And no help form customer service”
