“cheapest item) I ordered few items on 21st of January.After few emails for update I eventually received the cheapest item early March(!!!).The most important piece of order and the most expensive has not yet been received despite numerous emails for update or recently for refund.The non-response from the website is ridiculous,they just say it’s due to covid,security etc.I would understand it after 2-3eeeks of postage but not a 2months delay!Don’t think I’ll ever order from this website again(depends if I get my order eventually).Looks like a scam not a legitimate.So disappointing😖”

“Extremely bad service, placed order 5/1/21 only received partial of the order, cancelled remaining items as of 11/3/21 no refund has been recieved, support claim the refund is complete. Do not order from this site. Jennifer, Ireland”

“I have listed the chronological order of events to illustrate : 28 Jan - Placed order online 28 Feb - Sent email to Customer service to enquire status of order as has been a month 1 March - received reply – "I have done a follow up on this item and I can confirm that this item is currently out of stock and at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock. At this point I am happy to arrange a refund for you or preferably you can wait for stock to replenish. I then proceeded to cancel order immediately Checked site and the status of order was “processing cancellation” I then purchased the product from another seller 11 Mar – my credit card was charged for the order 11 Mar – I sent email to customer service …. status on site still stated processing cancellation 11 Mar – I receive reply from customer service stating “I have not been able to cancel this as it has already entered the dispatch process.” I am dumfounded – I did not receive order for a month. Customer Service states item is out of stock and is not able to confirm when stock will arrive. I cancel order and 11 days later, I get charged and the order is dispatched? How can order enter dispatch process 11 days after cancellation and when status on site shows processing cancellation since 1 March? In subsequent communications they are still insisting the order has been dispatched and they can do nothing about it. I will never order from them again.”

“This company is ridiculous! No customer service. Impossible to get a serious answer. I placed my order 25/2 and almost one month later they told me that there is a payment problem without telling me where is the problem. I am wondering this company does not check the card when you pay?? Unbelievable!!”

“Now Look Fantastic is blaming it on Brexit. Saying that they’re experiencing “some” delays. Unable to refund or cancel order as it has been reserved for shipment. RIDICULOUS.”

“Order not fulfilled, staff very dismissive. Refuse to dispatch my order yet also don’t want to issue a refund. I’ve been reading all the recent reviews posted here. Look Fantastic did tell me in their first email that their warehouse is having issues. I’m guessing if they’re in some business crisis? Seems like a lot of orders are not fulfilled??”

“No customer service. Impossible to contact anyone. Big delays on receiving order. Missing items in order delivery after it arrived partially. One item seal broken. Other item had dried out and is unusable Never again!”

“This was the worst website I have ever ordered from. They appear to be a load of scam artists. I ordered 5 items up to nearly 200 euro in one purchase on the 27th of Jan 2021 and I have only received 2. One was cancelled during the delivery process and I still have not been refunded for it. They are still charging me for products that I have not received. I have contacted them 3 times and nothing has been resolved. I will NEVER shop here again and I recommend other consumers to boycott this website. I am furious.”

“This company is ridiculous. They should be shut down. My order has been on "Order Placed" status for weeks and now they tell me they can't manually cancel my order because it has been processed in an automated system. I can only get my money back once I get the items. But here's the thing....THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE!!!! THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER! So, they're telling me I have to play the waiting game. Don't purchase anything from them.”

“3 weeks later no item. I thought my last experience was bad (it took a month- and a lot of me emailing) I assumed it was a one off... it seems like Look Fantastic is just terrible. Don’t use it. Get your money back if you’ve already started the process.”

“Honestly nothing special, they don’t have the full list of products available, horrible customer service, they never answer on the live chat but they read all the message. If you need to bring back a product, you need also to pay and it’s not sure that they will process with the refund!! Unbelievable!! Worst website ever.”

“I have called up my credit card company to sort this out. There aren't enough hours in the day to try to return a product. Instead of an email which I could respond to, I am invited on their merry-go-round website. They have made it impossible to return an item even though they say they do accept returns. Warning: this company is not to be trusted. Unfortunately there is no place for a O star, but that is my opinion. O”

“Seems like this is the end of Lookfantastic. I used to shop there a lot. But since Feb, it is a disaster. I placed an order a month ago. A month ago. And it is not even dispatched yet. Had multiple queries with the customer service, but it is a ping-pong game: ‘- when is the order going to be dispatched? - we are having troubles to dispatch. - then please cancel. - we cannot cancel because it started dispatch process. - so when is it going to be dispatched? - we do not know because we are having troubles to dispatch. What the hell.”
