“From the reviews, I see that LookFantastic is a hit-or-miss type of company. They have a good product selection, but I'm disappointed in the delivery service. Every single item came separately within one month. I tried to cancel a few products because an estimated time of delivery was after 6 months(bizarre IMO), but their automatic cancellation system didn't work, so I made a direct request. They responded really quickly(within 24 hours) and their explanation was that there was a surge in demand for those particular products. That's OK, this happens, but then they were able to send the products much faster, so that was weird. I'm glad that I received the products finally and the quality is good, but I would not purchase again from them.”

“Ordered nearly $100 worth of beauty products weeks ago. Still waiting with no real specifics on the order or when I can expect it. It hasn’t been shipped out and there are no details on expected ship date. Only mass auto generated emails saying they’re delayed. It seems like a scam. Like no real human is reading or responding. No response to my messages. I’m asking for a refund and no response. Extremely disappointing and will never use Look Fantastic again.”

“Heaps of discount codes, but none work. Read all the terms and conditions, so should work. They gave a first order 20% for me to use on my order. That does not even work. Contacted customer services and they say codes do not work for some products? They did not work on any of my products? Also free gifts were not available when completing the offers. I now just hope to receive my order soon”

“I keep receiving emails stating my order has not been shipped for almost a month and after contacting customer service I received an answer they can’t give me my money back because my order has been shipped which is obviously not truth as I have no email confirming it, no tracking number, nothing. After reading all the other reviews I understand I won’t get my order or my money back. It’s a shame I had nice experience with them before.”

“The customer service is either powerless or refuses to act. I have contacted the customer services numerous times over different issues, all these time they would only state the facts or play dumb beating around the bush, without referring to the messages history. They never change any order status, nor help you reinforce the order, or basically do anything actual except bullshitting”

“Item was missing from order. I contacted Help and they said it was out of stock and being shipped now from USA. Not only did it take an extra two weeks but I then had to pay massive import fees. The reason I bought products with LF in the first place was to avoid import issues into Germany. I reached out to Customer Service and they never apologized. They are quite unprofessional and horrible people. The conversation I ended up sending to myself if anything should go down with this firm. Really shady.”

“Never received my package, but recived the money claim from Klarna....Lookfanatstic never responded to my requests. Klarna treaten with debt collection. The Norwegian consumer council recommended I paid cause lookfantastic is not Norwegian, but British - so if I want to fight I have to fight the British system.”

“Costumer service poor, unprofessional and smh scammers! Yesterday I tried to buy some stuff there, the payment wasn’t going through so I thought it was cancelled. Then I saw the same products in boots and even cheaper! So I bought the same thing on boots, then after 10-15 minutes I received an email from LF with my order confirmation. At the same time I received it I tried to cancel it, it seemed impossible to cancel anything from that shop unless u speak with a costumer service which is unfair because they relied to me 12h after telling me the window to cancel an order is just 5-10 minutes! How in the hell is it possible? So can’t I buy something and change my mind? This is some how to force you to get the order whether u want it or not so you will pay the return, they still win your money even if u return the product! I used to be a costumer but from now never again!! Is a waste of time and money! Not even recomendable! #BURGLARS”

“No deliveries are coming through since January 2021. Do not order from LookFantastic if you are living in the Republic of Ireland. They are taking funds and not delivering the products. They are sending tracking numbers saying that orders are dispatched and they have not arrived more than a month later.”

“I received an email which stated I would receive a mystery beauty bag free with an order over £70 site wide. So I purchased my cosmetics over £70 and inserted the code. I never received my free mystery bag. They stated that some of my products in my order weren’t included despite the offer saying site wide. Very misleading stating site wide when it clearly is not. Not only that I’m constantly spending on their site. That month alone I’d spent £200-£300, but they refused to give it me so I’ll never order with team again. I’ll stick with feelunique or beauty bay from now on. I’ve uploaded the email so you can see it clearly states site wide and there was no small print!”
