“Awful!!! I ordered a [Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate (Various Sizes) - 120ml - Price £108.50] on 8th Feb 2021. Delivery was on time. However, the item came with a broken bottle, a missing glass piece, plus destroyed sealing tape on the bottle lid. After contacting the customer service for a few days, a return and full refund were agreed upon. However, when I took the parcel to the post office, I was told that I had to pay the postage for the return, although I stuck the return note with the barcode provided by LF. So, I had to take the parcel back and sent an email to LF on 3rd March 2021, asking about the postage of the return. So far till now, I haven't received any response on this issue yet. Had to re-email to LF customer service and leave a message on the LF web, plus leave reviews here. Hope LF could see the messages and sort out the problems ASAP.”

“Really unhelpful customer service! Waited over 5 weeks for my order to dispatch. Ended up having to just cancel my order! Still waiting on my refund... sooo frustrating to deal with! Constant chasing them!”

“This is my worst experience. Lookfantastic has poor customer support service, long-term delivery and non-usable discounts. I have received a refund only after 6 weeks of order expectation and unhelpful service advises. I will never use this website in future and will not recommend it to anyone.”

“I used to love the site and spent over 1000 Euros on it. It used to be safe and reliable, with a wide range of products, great price discounts, and delivery within the time frame it gave me. But since February, the site seems to have changed, and like most of the comments, I've had the same problem. I've also noticed that the comments are from within the last few weeks, and some of the earlier comments were positive. I think maybe the change of the website is related to the change of the relationship between the UK and the EU, or maybe the management or senior management of the website has changed a lot. In the end, I decided to give 3 stars, 2 stars for my former favorite LF, and 1 heart for my hope that the website could be restored to former🥺”

“My Christmas present to myself of a Steampod over £220 NEVER dispatch, NO refund & ZERO help from customer service. This was a treat after a hard COVID few months, ordered during Black Friday sale, they told me there was a problem with warehouse & would be back to me with an update.NOTHING!! This is still going on in March 2021. So upsetting that a company would treat a customer so badly & so much money for me.”

“Placed an order and two weeks later it still hasn't been dispatched. I kept getting automated emails apologising, promising it would be dispatched within the next 48 hours and nothing sent. Customer service are useless, they don't reply to emails and then on social media they are no help either. I would avoid!”

“I placed an order on Lookfanatstic on the 9th of January 2021 until today (6th of March) I still haven't received it. I have reached out to their "in-message" system several times but never received any reply. I received no update on my order via email. Never again!”

“They are a bit cheaper then other company’s , but the wait time is unbelievable. If you need your product now then forget it I am waiting weeks for orders . I get nothing but promises but still no delivery. My daughter is the same only got part of her delivery.”

“The company took my money, failed to deliver of the products I bought. My account still shows it’s been sent but still on estimated delivery date. Customer service were not interested and avoided communication for 24 hours at a time, no response to my emails. This is a scam website! I still have no response, no items but they have my money!”

“a joke of a website. ordered stuff at the beginning of february and still hasn’t even been dispatched. was then told it was ‘out of stock’ never would've ordered if they had said the item i was buying was out of stock.. cancelled my order last week STILL waiting for my €40 refund they’re actually a joke”
