“Terribly slow delivery and painful return policy. They make you jump through hoops with inordinate number of questions that go on and on until you as the consumer decide enough is enough and can't bother to waste anymore time with the return process. I ended up binning some unopened products that caused bad skin reaction because I could no take the never ending back and forth questions. Worst retailer I have ever dealt with.”

“I purchased two items off the website the total came to around £25, I kept getting emails telling me my order hadn’t been dispatched even though it was meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days I waited patiently for 10 days before I spoke to a member of their staff on customer service live chat, where I was told I needed to wait 24 hours for an update. Two days go by and still no reply off the company so yet again I went onto customer service live chat where I was told my order had not been dispatched still 12 days later!! I chose to cancel my order because they clealry didn’t care I had been waiting well over the time I was meant to for my order! First time ordering off there and will definitely be the last”

“This is scam! After 2 weeks they didnt manage to ship my package. One product got cancelled because it was sold of all of a sudden. They said the money would be refunded, but that didnt happen yet. Don’t shop here, just a warning😞”

“Worst customer service experience ever. Didn’t due their job spent a good deal of money on an Exuviance product. Product went to wrong address customer service said they could not help reroute product. Post office couldn’t reroute product because their was insufficient return address so post office discarded product. Look fantastic said oh well nothing they could do. I spent almost $50 on product and Look Fantastic treated me and my purchase as if it were nothing of their concern. I went to my bank and they helped get my money back. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!”

“I brought pureology strength cure blonde shampoo and conditioner this product is HORRIFIC turned my hair completely purple.. I'm a hairdresser and used to love the pureology brand.. it's terrible... Look fantastic customer service is also disgusting.. I sent pictures of how my hair had been completely ruined (from once use I might add) and I recieved horrific customer service as a whole I will never use look fantastic again or use pureology products!! Please be careful everyone I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.. will also advise all my clients against it, please also be aware that I tried to review the product so that this experience doesnt happen to another customer and my review was not posted... they also choose which reviews are shown so dont always believe the amazing reviews you read on products as negative comments are not allowed which is unfair”

“Απαράδεκτο να πουλάνε προϊόντα που λένε ότι είναι σε stock και όταν είναι η ώρα να τα στειλουν να λένε πως είναι εκτός αποθέματος ενώ είναι ήδη αγορασμένα. Χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση έψαχνα τα προϊόντα μου (ακόμα τα περιμένω) τα οποία τα χώρισαν σε 5 αποστολές με τα 2 προϊόντα να μου λένε ότι είναι εκτός αποθέματος μετά από 5 μηνύματα επικοινωνίας. Επίσης πρέπει να Απαίσιο τρόπος επικοινωνίας της ιστοσελίδας, δεν μπορείς να στείλεις καν ένα email. P.S. Ακόμα περιμένω τα υπολοιπα προϊόντα μου και αλήθεια αμφιβάλλω για το εάν θα έρθουν ποτέ. ”

“It’s the second time in a row that I have problem with my parcel. If it happens once, ok, it might happen with any company, alright... as the prices were ok, I decided to give it one more go (my mistake) I’ve made a purchase of 190€ and only after the payment was completed they showed the 2 items were still waiting stock. (but if you check the website right now, they will be showing up as availabe!) Besides that, The same old story, on the website it says the orders are delivered within 24h, which is a misleading advertising. At the checkout, the estimated delivery is from 7-10 days. When I got the purchase confirmation, the delivery forecast was changed to around 13 working days!To sum up, no order delivered, no refund, no decent customer service, now I doubt if it’s really a registered company, I’m pretty sure they’re real scammers, I’m very stressed and deff believe that the Consumer Rights should stop scammers of spreading losses around the world!”

“This company is a scam and fraudulent. I asked the company to cancel my order and they would not do it. Then they sent half of the expected order and were lucky that my family member took the package. However, they only sent half of the goods (totalling over $150) and refused to acknowledge they made an error. Go anywhere else for your products, their customer service is atrocious.”

“Ordered over 250£ worth of items nearly 2 weeks ago. Order is not dispatched, all customer care agents absolutely clueless and are giving different stories each time one excuse after the next but no order being dispatched as of yet. .”

“Absolute shambles of a company. Spent over €120 on products on Jan 1st, now it's Feb 10th. Company claiming it was delivered, which it sure as hell wasn't. Customer Service useless. Please DO NOT buy from this site! I wish I could give it 0 stars”

“If I could give it zero I would. I ordered over €100 of good from this company. They constantly emailed to say it was coming, not coming, dispatched, not dispatched, delivered, not delivered, dispatched! 7 weeks I have been waiting- I requested a refund but you get a different person every time. Customer service is so so bad and I think this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY from this company- they are an absolute joke and have total disregard for consumer rights.”

“Very bad service. I made an order over the Black Friday weekend and it never arrived. I had to get in touch to prompt them to look in to it. Made an order last week and they only took partial payment of the order total with no explanation. Sent a message and still no response this week. It seems they are selling stock that they don't have. Very bad service and I wouldn't recommend LookFantastic after these two incidents. Such a pity as they work alongside great brands.”

“'Look Fantastic if you ever actually get the items you pay for!' After waiting for over 30 mins on phone chat with no answer, i went online, i felt the adviser didn't understand the customers point of view in that the retailer should make sure that the parcel is delivered and unfortunately mistakes happen, that shouldn't be to the customers detriment! Despite Royal Mail saying its delivered it hasn't been and nothing has been placed in the door to say it was left anywhere or taken to the depot no card nothing. Been in all day with Partner. He went and checked outside in case... Nothing. I was sent a form online to fill in that's not able to be edited!!!! The customer should not have to wait while you investigate your side for a mistake obviously somewhere in your chain! That's not the customers responsibility. Personal products especially. I need foundation to be confident to go outside, hence why i ordered from you in the first place for quick delivery..... Instead i have no items, your options were that i would have to wait 7 days for you to investigate before even offering a resolution....Whilst i the customer still awaiting the products that i made a contract with you online to provide. The offer after speaking to a manager still means i need to wait 3-5 days for the products i ordered on Saturday to be delivered to me.... So no matter what i feel like i have had very very poor service. You were not really doing me a favour as i should have had the items today not in another 3-5 days....and i have also wasted several hours now on resolving the issue. I will not be ordering from you again and i will definitely now be mentioning how poor this was on my insta pages and to family and friends....unfortunately do not recommend. 'Look Fantastic if you ever actually get the items you pay for!' is the sour taste left...Let's hope i actually receive my items!”

“I have been trying to return a product I bought have been on live chat 3 times the messages get read then they leave the chat. I believe the perfume I bought for £82 is a fake and would like a refund. I have given all the information they have asked for I have taken pictures of the conversation that I have had. Very poor customer service”
