“The caverns were neat to see but the E-Bike experience was NOT worth it. My bikes battery died at the beginning of the tour (another rider experienced the same thing) and we were told they had no other ones available. Needless to say I had to peddle the entire way. The whole 1 1/2 hour tour consisted of approximately 20 min of bike time, the rest of the time was spent stopping at random locations throughout the caverns so our guide could talk and tell extremely long-winded, irrelevant stories. After we were done I spoke to the supervisor on duty to complain about the lack of a functioning E-Bike and not only was she rude, she provided no resolution to my issue. So I paid $39.95 for myself plus 3 additional tickets, costing approx. $180.00 and we all rode for only 20 minutes and I peddled. Very disappointing!!!!! I would not recommend this. It was so bad I might go as far as to say this tour is a scam.”
“Came for the walking tour and that’s all it was. I’ve been to other caverns and this is the most uninteresting one ever. If you are expecting to see something interesting don’t waste your money. No stalagmites or stalactites no water falls nothing. It’s a cave that has been dug out and that’s it. And the cost for everything is outrageous.”

“This was my third trip to the mega caverns. I have taken my daughter and grandkids and also had a birthday for my daughter over the past few years. A couple weeks ago I took my grandkids back and I don’t know if the place has changed ownership but they no longer except cash. While it is a private company and it is their right to do so they did not make that clear on the wed site(see photos of website).I see this starting to be a trend with places and it’s kind of frightening because this is heading towards the Chinese model and the In the Chinese social credit score model. If you’re a freedom of an American company you should take cash. So what it tells me is they are following the woke agenda and Maga is not welcome at mega. People should see this is the way the government Do you control the actions of its citizens like in communist and totalitarian society’s. Wake up America as for us we won’t be going back there for sure. And I have added this to the list on all of the conservative sites so other mega know not to bother to go . So good luck with that mega caverns because over 100 million Americans are not onboard with limiting freedoms .”

“We made the trip from South Carolina with reservations (tickets purshased) when we showed up to our appointment we were told that our 6 year old daughter was not allowed. We had signed the waiver in witch we had declared her birth date and all of our contact information was there too, no one contacted us before we got there to let us know that she was not allowed. “We purchased tickets to the light show and sat in line for an hour and hardly moved. We ended up turning around and headed home. Traffic was a nightmare and I feel at this large of an event cops should be directing traffic at least on weekends. If you go plan on being in horrific traffic. Was a waste of money for us. I will never buy another ticket to this event.”
“We were told that being 15 minutes late would be okay but it was really not. We were stuck in traffice, called and the response from the staff was just get here as quick as you can. We were earlier than we thought and when we go there the response was pretty much too bad. Asked for our money back and they said that that was not going to happen either. Get there early or you won't be riding the tram. Left 3 grandchildren very disappointed. Maybe your staff can be trained.”

Safety was not the top priority, seemed more focus on ensuring you signed your waiver then understanding how to use your harness, those right in front heard the instructor, we were a group of 8 and heard absolutely nothing had to rely on watching what others were doing to figure it out on our own.”
