“There holidays are always a great price compared to big holiday firms no hassles just a bit disappointed with there cost for holed luggage it was £83.00for one way which is on top of your holiday price I think they could do that a lot cheaper but over all good online holiday firm”

“We are very happy to have visited our hotel with the whole family. There are so many interesting things. Our children are very happy. Our son found a new entertainment for himself (billiards), and he also made new friends there. We loved the pool with cool slides, just like in a water park.”

“Easy to book good communication. Hotel as described. Only disappointed with tea and coffee facilities in room . private transfer to hotel and hotel breakfast . Otherwise good location spotlessly clean comfortable beds . Would visit again.”

“Well ive just returned from a solo trip to Gc, and have to say thisnis quite possibly the worst hotel ive stayed at. It claims to be 4* im struggling to give it any. So on arrival my safe didnt work took 3 visits for them to fix it. My room was infested with cockroaches, when i complained and asked for a new room i have handed a bug spray can and told someone will fix the room tommorrow 🤦‍♂️ Also in my room the drainage system didnt work so everytime i had a shower the bathroom floor was a swap. Now onto the food...YUCK! honestly the food was so disappointing it was bland, hardly any choice and tasted like school dinners. I had a bad stomach most of the holiday and i was only half board. The staff were also very rude, didnt wanna help. Then only thing i did enjoy was the location and the gym was decent. I can recommend loads of other hotels in GC this isnt one of them!”
