“We always use Love holidays. Their partners never let us down. Fantastic value for money. If anything doesn't meet your expectations at your hotel , talk to the hotel reception / manager with respect. They will do their upmost to rectify things for you. We've had a couple of issues in the past and spoken directly in confidence to the hotel manager, who within a day has dealt with any issues. My wife is an amputee so sometimes the room hasn't been ideal for her with bathroom access etc. We've always been given extra help to make our stay as comfortable as possible.”
