We had an enjoyable holiday but were disappointed to arrive and find out are adult only accommodation had changed to families. Loveholidays should have informed us prior to the holiday.

I have used the app numerous times to book a break away. There is plenty of selection of hotels and flights and the payment plans made it easy to pay for over a number of months. However this time I have noticed that every time we looked at a particular hotel and flight, the price went up every time. There was a way around this but I found it naughty of love holidays to keep bumping the price up everytime you looked

Mixed views on this hotel. Mostly good, a lot of swiming pools spread out, not over crowded. Sunbed whoever were being reserved. Pool one day was green and unsafe to be used . Smells of sewage awful. Food okay, drinks okay. Hotel clean . Not a 5 star hotel more a 3. Very rude reception/managers. Only nice staff were too bar lady’s, and couple waiters. Most very grumpy. We had a nice holiday as we make most but some changes to staff attitude, extra drink/ water stations, stop people reserving room would make a difference.

The flight got cancelled without getting told the last day, had to call up and sort it out, the hotel was nothing like what it was shown

Booking the holiday was very easy until the flights got charged and then I had nothing but problems getting it sorted, the customer services lady I spoke to was very rude and didnt listern to the problem, I had to ask to speak to a manager to get it sorted.

Well did they? Largely the holiday was pleasant. Not sure how much the package provider love holidays influneced that.

I was not happy that my hotel was changed 3 days before I was due to fly after I booked from Sptember 2025. To be told 3 days before my holiday that the hotel could not accommodate us was unsatisfactory. I booked the original hotel as it was near to the wedding venue we went to crete for a wedding. We had to end up paying 80 euros to get to wedding venue as alternative hotel was far. I am not saying the hotel was not nice,but I would not have chosen it.

The booking process was simple enough, the hotel was as described. Reasonably priced. Not a full 5 stars due to issues with transfers from airport to hotel.

Great choice of destinations and variety of accommodation types. When you have flight and accommodation under one umbrella,it makes things alot easier.

The hotel was a good 3-star hotel and you get what you pay for. There are 3 pools in the hotel. One pool has entertainment, although it is very limited except when the evening shows are on, which were good. The other 2 pools are more for kids, so I think the daytime entertainment should maybe be there, but I guess there is not enough space. The third pool has no bar, so if you are going with kids and are not all-inclusive, choose carefully. The main pool is non-smoking, but there are not enough staff for the amount of guests, and staff need to remind people there is a special smoking area. During the evening shows this was forgotten, and we had around 8 drunk men smoking next to us, which then encouraged other tables to start smoking too. They definitely need more staff to manage this better. The drinks are on the cheap side, with cocktails mostly coming from machines, but again you get what you pay for — quantity instead of quality. The location is good, close to the sea and town. The internet, however, was really bad.
