“Hotel was clean. Rooms fine. Food was bog standard. Not much variety. You have to pay for cocktails on all inclusive. No floats or balls in the pool. Great entertainment team (3) Bar staff great. Reception staff helpful.”

“This is the second time I booked with love holidays both times the rooms have got are disappointing as love holidays doesn’t tell you changes of hotels only money alerts booked 2 rooms and they were on different floors far from each other”

“Hotel was lovely and clean however staff were rude, did not have a working toilet despite informing them numerous times. Destination itself was amazing. Transfers were horrendous, driver was drunk and dropped us off at the wrong hotel.”

“Disappointed due to hotel advertised as adult only and wasn’t an adult only hotel, we go on holiday for peace and tranquility a adult hotel give us, however there were families from day one which we were very confused about and made the stay not as relaxing as was hoping, however the hotel itself was beautiful and staff very accommodating for us.”

“Hotel was good - good location- lovely pools. Rooms - beds made daily and towels changed - only downside floors in room were left dusty. Breakfast good but evening meal choice poor if vegetarian/vegan. Used spa which was lovely, however had massage which was not relaxing it hurt so much and left with bruises on back.”

“The Hotel is lovely very big, lots of things to eat but went in May this year … had picked up something from the hotel weather it was the food etc but was very poorly for 4 days out of 8 , drunken men saw blokes glassed blood scared my children when trying to walk back, people throwing up, cold re used food collecting bacteria from been cold and left and then hot food replaced ontop of the cold food . Children and adults seen picking food up by their hands taking a nibble and putting it back into the dish. Not cleansing station for guest coming for lunch or dinner. Not enough security/ alcohol beer was watered down we’ve been to Turkey lots of times so it’s hard to write this and we go every two years. My daughter and bf got bothered through the night early hours in the morning called security went to help my daughter as a drunken and disorderly women banging the door down, getting cleaners trolley and ramming into their door and trying to jump up on the balcony to then walk along on the balcony 4th floor . She could have killed herself I went got the security as they took so long as I was worried about the womens welfare. Also hotel is very expensive… so much better to do excursions if you need to pop out to buy bits”
