“It was a very straightforward and easy experience to book our holiday. Everything was easily directed and explained well. The holiday itself was amazing; plenty of lovely pools to choose from for the kids; you have the main pool, a smaller child pool which has a pirate ship and slide, then the other pool that has a slide more suited for older children/adults. Very scenic hotel with lovely decor and chairs/ tables etc. The beach is walking distance (lloret de mar) which is lovely and clear. Loads of cute little shops to look around. The hotel had many different age groups of people staying from young couples, senior couples, families with children, and young teenagers on a fun holiday, we even saw a couple with a dog in a pram! I felt the hotel was suitable for all age ranges. The all inclusive bar snacks were lovely; hotdogs, chips, burgers, crisps, olives, ice cream etc. Plenty of all inclusive drinks. Buffet was nice however it did lack variety, when we come in 2024 I felt there was more option, however the waiters were very friendly, helpful and attentive and the food overall was nice. Hotel room was lovely and clean with great working air-conditioning which kept us cool throughout. Lovely stay overall and myself, partner and 2 children had a fabulous time. Would recommend to any age range of people.”

“Easy to book online, easy to use app which gave all useful information. We were kept informed and updated at all times. Accommodation was good, food could have been hotter but plenty of choice and microwave was supplied. Lovely pool area kept clean, and a lifeguard patrolling during the day Would definitely use again.”
