“No communication and transfer never turned up at airport so we're stranded til we could get a taxi and pay for it, even though we paid for transfer. The hotel shouldn't be allowed to be booked due to poor state”

“A very easy process from start to finish. Good communication with all aspects of flight, shuttle and hotel parking. Experience was made so stress free, exactly as a holiday should be, would highly recommend and will definitely book using them again.”

“Gave us a beautiful apartment we're everything what it said on the website was spot on. The only issue was transfer from airport to apartment it never turned up. So trying to get a refund but people aren't taking responsibility”
