“Its was an apartment outside of the hotel, it was lovely and the bed was actually comfortable aswell, the only downside was when it came to the cleaning, the floor wasnt swept everyday and there was no replenishing of tea and coffee and water daily, especially where that i had a milk carton that was dated April 2026 so items are not checked. Staff were lovely, service for food and drinks during the day were always busy, huge respect for them who keep it flowing all day especially in the hottest days. Food was absolutely lovely at lunch and dinner. The pools and slides I could not fault it was really good for the kids, very family orientated. Communication between transfers and hotel is not good, I had missed my transfer bus due to receptionist that had told me to wait in the lobby for the transfer shuttle bus to arrive and they will call the reception of their arrival. They did not call and I ended up having to pay €60 to get a private taxi to the airport that I nearly missed my flight!”

“I have been using love holidays for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience with them there descriptions are always spot on and if there is ever a problem that occurs they will deal with it immediately cannot fault them at all looking forward to my next holiday booked for December with them”

“We had the best experience ever with LOVEHOLIDAYS. Isn’t the first time that we traveled with them. We went even in Thailand with the best package PRICE EVER. The last trip was in Tenerife. The HOTEL and the place it was unbelievable, beautiful clean and very well located to explore the side of the island. Best customer service and food.”
