“We arrived 30th July for a week and returned yesterday. Hotel is nice and basic 3 swimming pools to choose from all very nice pools both my boys enjoyed it aged 12 and 8 Rooms were basic again we had pool view which was lovely. Great air con only in the living room in bedroom was fan only but good working fan to keep you cool at night. Pools were a mixed of salt and chlorine which was strange but absolutely fine. They do offer pool towels to use but it is €10 per towel deposit. Food was brilliant! Themed nights every night. So it’s always different not the same which was good! Beach is 10 minute walk very busy when we went. Opposite a load of shops and restaurants if you fancy a change. I recommend the Indian very good! No sun bed wars I got up at 8am everyday and was able to get a sun bed for 4 of us everyday! Hotel very clean! Always workers around keeping the maintenance from painting to cleaning and trimming trees etc. Cleaners were brilliant cleaned our rooms everyday! Very pleasant and always said Morning everyday! Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday! We would return!”

“Our trip to Croatia was honestly one of those holidays we’ll remember forever. 🇭🇷❤️ We chose Dubrovnik for a romantic getaway to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and incredible sunsets to wandering through the beautiful streets of the Old Town, every day felt special. We swam in the sea, explored Dubrovnik, enjoyed amazing food and drinks, and simply had time to relax and enjoy being together. The views were breathtaking, the people were welcoming, and there was something magical about sitting by the sea in the evening watching the sun disappear over the horizon. After 10 years together, life can get so busy that you sometimes forget to stop and appreciate the person beside you. Croatia gave us that chance. We came home with amazing memories, lots of photos, a little bit more sun than we probably needed 😂, and an even bigger love for Croatia. It wasn’t just a holiday — it was a celebration of us. ❤️🇭🇷 Croatia, you were unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Love Holidays gets you excited by sending you notifications letting you know your holiday is coming up soon, they are flexible with monthly payment instalments which is helpful as I don’t work full time so I can’t pay for holidays all in one go. The holiday itself was good value for money and our flights were perfect.”

“The hotel was advertised and presented to us as a four star establishment. However, the standard of accommodation, cleanliness, food and customer service we experienced was, in my opinion, nowhere near the level expected of a hotel of this advertised standard. Indeed, based on my experience, I would consider the overall standard to be closer to that of a two-star hotel. The condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The premises were dirty and there were unpleasant and offensive smells in various areas. This significantly affected our enjoyment of the holiday and made the environment uncomfortable and, at times, extremely unpleasant. The standard of customer service was also poor. Some members of staff were rude and unhelpful when dealing with guests. I would, however, like to acknowledge two members of staff working in the dining and bar areas who were polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, their positive service did not compensate for the overall poor experience.”

“Made the process from start to finish easy as anything- flights, transfers, hotel and things to do all in one place. Constant communication from them about updates, they even let us know about a second set of controls we werent aware of for the way back which saved us almost 2 hrs of waiting, and no unforseen changes with any of our bookings.”
